"You have a customer Alref! Get your stinking butt down here!"

"I'm coming! Hold on geez!"

"What do you want?"

Alref looked down at a young girl. She was clad in a white jacket, with a hoodie covering her head. Her eyes were a beautiful blue. Her face was pale, though a pretty face that he had never seen on any girl before.

Girl: "Mister, I would like to purchase a personal transponder."

Alref: "What's a little girl like you in need of such a device?"

Girl: "It's personal."

A: "It's four hundred credits. Latest import model from Sylus."

Girl: "I only have three hundred credits."

A: "We ain't a charity."

Girl: "I really need a transponder. Please mister. This is all I have."

Jillia: "Alright fine fine. Girl. You really want this? Three hundred credits. But one condition. You do something for us."

A: "What- Are you crazy? Jillia! She's a girl!"

J: "All the more better. They won't see it coming."

The young girl looked on silently.

Jillia: "Come closer. I need to tell you something. I need you to... Kill someone."

Girl: "I am not allowed to kill anybody."

J: "Well yeah sure... I mean... But... That transponder ain't gonna come itself you know."

Girl: "Not unless you get hurt."

Alref slammed on the counter. He reached back and pulled out a triple-barrelled shotgun. He hastily pointed the gun at the girl's head.

Alref: "Look, I don't know who the hell you are. You come in and try to harm any of us, I am going to pump your head off with lead. You understand?"

Girl: "I understand, but I don't think they will."

The girl pointed a finger at several black figures outside. The figures could be seen through the small slits between the blinds.

Alref: "Who the hell-"

Jillia: "Oh god, oh god. OH GOD. ARIA HAVE MERCY."

A: "What is going on woman!"

J: "They're going to... They're going to..."

Shots were heard.

Alref looked out of the shop window, peeking through a slit in the blinds. The soldiers were executing the residents on the streets with clean headshots.

Alref: "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?"

Alref clicked the shotgun, firmly gripping it, though with shaky hands.

Girl: "I can help you get out of here alive, but I need the transponder. Please."

Several knocks were heard on the door.

Alref: "Take it, hell."

Alref threw a transponder watch at the girl. The girl put it on her wrist and looked at it closely.

Jillia: "They're here! Hell!"

Alref: "There's a hidden basement exit. We got to move!"

The trio ran down into the shop's basement. The basement was old and dusty. There were several boxes around the room, apart from cooler devices and discarded technology.
