Rule #10: Stop overthinking (end your worries)

Overthinking is one of the major habit of almost everyone. They think and think and think.

But will that be of help to you? Will you be a step closer to your dreams if you'll keep on overthinking?

No! It is alright to think things thoroughly because that will help you in choosing the best decisions in life but to overthink will only lead you to late nights and lack of sleep (honestly).

Overthinking won't help you erase your fears or worries. To overthink about little things can lead to become big ones. To overthink about the different possibilities won't make those things possible. To overthink about events that happened before won't bring it back.

Overthinking can lead to worrying. Or even messing things up.

Sometimes, you just have to let things go and just go with the flow.

At the end of the day, worrying won't stop the bad things from happening. It will just prevent you from enjoying the good ones.
