My eyes flutter open, but close once again when my eyes land on the light that is coming in. I rub my eyes and snuggle my face into the pillow. Then it starts sinking in that Ricky is right next to me. Wait, why don't I have a headache? Am I not on a hangover? Maybe I'm dreaming. Yes, that must be it.

Slowly turning on my side, I see Ricky wide awake, smiling.

"Good morning," He smiles.

"You're up pretty early." I yawn.

"It's one in the afternoon," He chuckles, but when we hear the doorbell rang, we both stop and look at each other with wide eyes. Who can be at the door? Ricky throws the blankets off of him and opens the window. When he pops his head outside, he immediately turns around.

"Ah crap," He mumbles. "Brooklyn, your parents are here, so are mine. You better get ready!"

My eyes immediately went wide. My parents!? I run over to the window to see them standing there with Ricky's parents. Why now? Why couldn't they come another time? It hits me. I start to realize that today is Mother's day. I go into the bathroom, quickly take a shower, dry myself off, do my makeup and get dressed in a white dress that stops right above my knees. Crap. Crap. Crap.

I rummage through my suitcase to find my sandals, but they are no where, I until I see a another bag in the corner. Once I find them, I put them on and make sure they are strapped on. I put on a bit of perfume and make my way downstairs. In time, Ricky is opening the door. He looks like he just jumped out of the shower.

Letting out a sigh of relief, I force a smile onto my face, once he opens the door.

"Brooklyn!" My mom hugs me, making me feel tense at first, after a second, I return the hug. "I've missed you so much!"

"Happy Mother's Day, mom."

I feel bad that I couldn't get her anything. I would of, but if she would of warned me ahead of time that she was coming. After mom and I stop our hugging, I look over at my grumpy father. When he sees me, there is no emotion in his eyes, he just nods and holds out his hand. A hand shake? I have not seen him for weeks and he wants a handshake? If he is going to be acting like this the whole time, he better leave now.

"Brooklyn honey," Diamond gets cut off by the front door opening. Ricky's brother's are now arriving. Well, I already have a good feeling about this afternoon. "It's so nice to see you." I return my attention on Diamond.

"It's nice to see you too," I smile. "How have you been?"

"Been really great, thank you for asking sweetie. How about yourself? Is anything happening between you and Ricky?" She winks at me.

I feel my cheeks going red. Does everyone think something is happening? I shake my head. "No," I chuckle. "Nothing is happening. Why are you asking?"

"You guys are all over the place. Lots of people have been talking about you guys being 'cutest couple' out there," She smiles, clapping her hands. "His grandma said she saw you two kissing."

I'm pretty sure that sent me going extremely red. "Long story," I shake my head. "So," I say pretty loud. "Who wants to eat?"

I got into the kitchen, where I make pizza and wings. Under a hour or two, I finished cooking and put the food in the center of the dinning table. While I set the plates, Ricky comes in, looking stressed. "They should of told us they were coming," He mumbles. "I think we still would of been in bed."

"It's Mother's Day, Ricky. They want to spend time with us." I laugh. Ricky walks over to me and stops right In front of me. Way to close.

"What are you doing?" I raise an eyebrow.
