The Auditions

Chapter 9

It's 2pm and we are back at the hotel, I'm laying on the bed of my suite resting after a long drive back to the city while Jamie is in his suite, preparing for this evenings filming I assume. I stand up and sit back down immediately, I still feel light headed and I haven't eaten anything all now that I think about it I'm starving, I lean over and call room service and order lunch then hang up and take another aspirin. 20 minutes later my food has arrived, croissants, pasta and tea. Tea always makes me feel better! I manage to eat the entire pasta dish and just as I'm taking a bite into the delicious crunchy croissant there's a knock on the door.

It's Jamie.
"Come to my room later when you're ready to leave?" He says.
"Okay, I just need to have a shower and get dressed.
"How are you feeling" he asks.
"Unwell" I sigh.
"Maybe it's the long drive"
"Maybe".
He kisses me on the forehead and leaves.
I get into the shower and the hot cascading water soothes my body and it is so welcoming. I squirt shampoo onto my head and rub it into my scalp as I wash my hair when I'm done with my hair I start to scrub my body and I can't help but notice the love bites on my pelvis. "What the fuck, Jamie!" How am I going to do those scenes looking like this, I am absolutely mortified and embarrassed. I get out of the shower and dry myself in double speed, I can't wait to get to him and give a piece of my mind. I'm dressed and out of my suite heading to his suite in no time at all. When I get there I have to hold myself back and regain my composure, I knock on his door quietly looking around making sure no one spots me. "Hey baby" he whispers as he opens the door, he ushers me in and closes it behind him. "You left marks on me!" I yell "hush, calm down before people hear!" He says through gritted teeth. "How on earth am I going to do those scenes!" He looks at me as though it never occurred to him, "I'm sorry baby I didn't mean to" he takes both my hands pulling me into his embrace just as there's a loud bang on the door.
