Gem's Estate

The estate of Ruby Gem and her family. Available as a checkpoint or smuggling zone, the large building is perfect to visit undetected. Everyone living at the estate is also vouched for as pro Lunar Republic.

It has two floors and a basement. The main floor opens with a large entryway and a marble tiles floor. A flourishing banister leads to the upstairs which contains the rooms of the family. Only four rooms fill the main level. There's a dining hall, reception room with the tea tables and sofas, an entertainment room with social tables and a small dance floor, and another room with areas set up to eat and a small kitchen with its corner window fitted with a comfortable window seat. The basement is set up for the Lunar Republic. A stocked pantry is filled with supplies and food. Cots are spread to accommodate up to fifty guests. A fireplace is set with cushions around, and there is a telephone which connects directly back to the Base.

The grounds have a flower garden and an orchard. A pool is set into the ground with recliners, tanning chairs, and a cabana for food. Everything is kept in order by the workers who can be seen caring to the property. Their quarters are on a path leading to their cottage and buildings in a far corner of the Estate.
