And here's a form for one of my OCs that I'll roleplay with:

Name: Apocalypto

Age: 39

Gender: male

Species: zebra

Personality: always quick with a sharp remark, he is witty, blunt, and an intimidating stiff. He prefers tough discipline and it slow to show any empathy. He refuses to drink any alcohol and despises festivity and holidays being too caught up in his own depression and solitary isolation.

Appearance: he has reddish brown stripes on a faint gray pelt. His eyes are a pale ice blue and his left one has a scar tracing from the bottom down to his mouth in a wide arc. His fur is also fuzzier and more unkept than normal zebras

Cutie Mark: a tribal flame design in black
Special Talent: never loosing determination to reach his goal. A forever fire inside of him

Accessories: he wears a black earing in his left ear that resembles a block. Inscribed upon it is the symbol 'স' to represent his banishment. He also wears a leather necklace with three lion claws on it from the first life he took which was a lion as it was a custom in his tribe to kill a lion to show his transition into adulthood.

Background: growing up in the rural tribes of zebras, he developed a strong sense of self preservation and respect while his skills for survival sharpened with every day. For years he toiled in this culture until he received a beckoning from the head zebra tribes leader. The leader offered Apocalypto a position in their army and the zebra eagerly accepted eager to add more purpose to his life. Now stationed as the head of several tribes militia he whipped them into a disciplined army with ranks and talent. He became gradually bored with his station and rebelled by attacking another tribe also with a newly reformed army. Apocalypto dominated with his troops but was banished for him actions. Eventually he found his way to his aunt Zecora and began helping her in her attempts to further the Lunar Republic as his way of thanks.

Home town: currently lives with his aunt Zecora

Morality: neutral. He acts based off his own conscious and if he sides with neither parties he remains completely neutral
