The two highest levels are dedicated to housing. Each room has two beds (Zecora's idea to force socialization). Comfortably sized for an species so that no serration would be necessary. In the room there is one closet, two dressers, one desk, and a bathroom with a vanity, sink, shower, and toilet. The rooms are wide enough though for the inhabitants to bring a bit extra furniture to customize. Oh and one more thing: no bedtimes!! Well as long as you don't wake up someone who could beat you up. Then I suggest sleeping.
