"Stop!" I laughed, seasoning the hamburger patties.

"Com'mer yah look so good." August wrapped his arms around my waist.

Since last nights confessions and me taking my weave out this morning. August has been showing me more affection then he already does.

"Ohh I'm tellinn'!!" Crystal came in the kitchen sitting at the island.

"Dats too long." He pout, I laughed hugging him.

"August and Mel can yah get me some ice please from the store?" My mama walked in the kitchen with groceries bags "I forgot it."

"Yes ma'am." They both said getting up.

"Ma' why you ain't asked us to come help you with the groceries?" I took the bags out her hand.

"Cause real niggas don't take two trips to the car." She caused everyone to laugh. "Hold up-" she reached in here pocket for money.

"We gotchu ma'." August stopped her. "Yah want somethin'?" He looked at me.

"Pineapple Fanta and sour gummy bears." He nodded, giving me kiss before leaving.

"Where Ant?" My mama sat down at the table.

"I don't know and really don't fuckin' care." What I really wanna say but I just stuck with the first part.
