"Love?" Kid asks looking at Amari. By now the sun is setting and we're all outside walking across the shore of the beach outside of Death City. Amari nods.

"Yeah. I'm the one who was informed by your father Lord Death."

"So if my dad knew about it, why the hell didn't he tell me himself?" Kid sounds angry

"Perhaps he was doing the right thing by not telling you..."

"But why? Or How?" Kid asks.

"Because he probably knew that you would over react by telling you, so he told me instead. I had to tell you before you guys did anything stupid to that dumb book. You know you'll never be able to actually turn her into a real human right?" I turn away and stop listening to their conversation as I stare out onto the water.

"I understand what your saying, but we have to at least try right? Amari?"

"I'm not disagreeing with you, but what happens if your little lover girl kills herself for trying to have that one strong emotion that every human being has? What happens then?" Amari slides her hand slowly, on top of mine and stares directly at me. I look at our hands for a brief moment, suddenly I feel her other hand lifting my chin up, and as if I was blinded by a bright light, I finally noticed, she was kissing me.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" I push Amari away and look towards the voice, only to see Black*Star, Soul and Crona standing in front of us, staring me down.

"I thought you told {y/n} That you loved her..." Soul says looking towards {y/n} Now.

"Well, he obviously lied since he was enjoying a shared kiss with Amari." Black*Star said sounding annoyed and avoiding eye contact with me.

"On top of it all, Amari is my sister..." Crona say staring down at his feet sad.

"It wasn't me who kissed her, SHE kissed me, besides I still do love {y/n} more than any of you will."

"Still doesn't change the fact that you kissed Amari that's just-" Suddenly Black*Star was cut off.

"You did? That's AWESOME Kid!" I swiftly look up to see {y/n} standing there with a big happy smile on her face.

"So what does that mean? *Gasp* are you guys dating!?" Her smile widens.

"{Y/n}... Are you alright? I mean... Your acting a little to happy then usual..." Soul asks.

"No I'm fine! I'm just happy that Kid-" She cuts herself off then turns around really fast.

"Excuse me, I have to go... Find...Maka?" And with that she runs off.

"Wait to go Kid, you made her cry." Soul states very annoyed.

"Not cool man."

"So, when's the wedding?" Black*Star asks obviously being sarcastic.

"It was fun being your friend while it lasted." Crona says. They all turn around and walk away together. Great. I've lost pretty much everything. I stand up.

"Well, this has been... Educational. I'll be on my way now. Bye." And with that I leave.

I have no idea what I was doing. But when I heard that Kid kissed someone I guess my feelings for him disappeared and I feel as if they may never return. I walk towards the grass that Maka is sitting down and reading on. I stop and sit right beside her.
