"Wake up sleepy head!" my mothers voice greeted me as I slowly woke up from my blissful dream of The Mystery Boy. I had been having him in my dreams ever since I could remember. His golden blond hair astounded me and his 6'3 frame complete with abs only a girl could dream of. His eyes, though, his eyes were my favorite. They were the colour of lapis lazuli. It was like looking into the ocean. It was like looking into a crystal blue ocean that you could just imagine falling and falling into forever. I looked at my mother and rose out of bed.

"See you at breakfast, sweetie." she said as she kissed the top of my head and left my room. I lifted the purple satin sheets and made my bed. My bedroom probably didn't look like a typical teenagers room.

My walls were purple, the shade of my comforter. In the furthest corner from the door, to the left, was a shelf and right below it sat my computer desk, chair, and my laptop. Off to the left that was my bookshelf that reached to my ceiling. To the right of my bed was a dark wooden night stand with a purple reading light sitting on it. Directly across from my bed was my personal bathroom, decorated with purple soaps, and a black shower curtain. And to the left side of my bed was my walk in closet.

I walked over to my walk in closet and opened the double doors. It was about half the size of my bedroom and along each of the four walls it was stacked with purses, shoes, clothes, and you would require of being clothing attire. You would think after all of this I would be spoiled right? WRONG! I hated girls like that. The Mystery Boy kept me sane anyways. I picked up a pair of black skinny jeans, a black spaghetti strap tank top, a white net shirt and black converse.

I walked into my bathroom and curled my hair until it was full of life, bouncy curls. I applied makeup and looked in the mirror. My face was blemish free and a creamy white. My buoyant dark hair was curling down my back in tendrils of waves and my curls and my milky brown eyes looked on wonderingly. I snapped out of my trance, closed my door and headed to the kitchen.

"Mom?" I called. She came around the corner as I came into the kitchen. Her face was engulfed in pain and she was holding her side. "Mom what happened?" I cried.

"I'm fine. Honey, why don't you get to school. You don't want to be late."

I tried to protest, "But Mom, your clearly in pain..." She set a determined expression and I knew she wouldn't change her mind. "Go." she ordered. I sighed and headed out to my black Mustang Convertible. I looked back at the house one last time before I got in my car.

As I drove off I could've sworn I heard a scream.
