Epilogue

Seon's P.O.V

Everybody is in a hustle. It's because the big day is finally here.

I don't know how long I have waited for this day. I can't imagine that after this day, is going to be a new beginning.

Another chapter in our lives.

"Seon, when are you getting ready? It's a big day today." My mother hollered at me.

"In a few. I have something to work on." I said.

"Okay, honey." Mother said.

Yes, I do have something to work on.

And,

It's crucial.

It's so hard to do if you're alone.

Guess what I'm doing...

I'm working on my nails.

Yup, nails. I know I should have just go and get it done but where's the fun in that?

Sometimes I wonder how people did their nails so perfectly when I can't even hold the brush still.

It's such a pain in the back.

Literally.

It is a pain in the back. Imagine when you have to like bow down so you could touch your toe nails and paint them. Yeah, ouch.

After an hour and forty-eight minutes later, I finally finished doing my nails. All, twenty of them.

Yay.

Note the sarcasm there.

Now it's time for me to get ready. For real this time.

I strip myself and went to take a shower. After I'm done, I dry myself up and take a good look at my reflection in the mirror.

I took out the dress that I'm dying on wearing for today's big event.

My mother hired a stylist for me so I don't have to put on my own makeup. I wanted to do my own makeup but mother said I need to let the professional handle the makeup. After a few minutes of getting my makeup done,  I think I am finally ready to go.

I stare at myself on the mirror again and damn I do look good. I guess all those days exercising really paid off.

Ugh, exercising. I hate it but I need to get a couple of kilos out of me. So I did it. I forced myself.

"Look at you. You're all grown up now." Father said.

"Well, yes father." I said as I chuckled.

"Oh, honey we need to get going now." I heard mother suddenly hollered at us both. So both me and father started walking in a fast pace towards mother.

"We're here. You don't need to worry anymore." My father told my mother.

"Yeah, mother why are you so worried. We'll get there on time. Besides they won't start it without me there." I said.

"I just..oh okay. Let's just get going now." Mother said with her hands both up like she's in surrender mode.

We all got in the car and father told the driver to go to St. Peter's Church which is an hour long ride, so yes I fell asleep during the ride there.

When I woke up we were already in front of the church. Damn, I hope my makeup is not running down my face or anything because that would be a hell lot of embarrassment.

I checked my makeup and thankfully it's not even smudge a bit so basically I'm safe. For now.

When we were walking towards the church, I heard my phone beeped. I checked it and saw Yixing's name on the screen.
