Chapter 11: Moment Of Truth

Zhoumi's P.O.V

My mouth gaped because of what Yixing had informed me of. Was he being serious or is it just one of his silly games he likes to play?

I can't believe he and Seon are...going to get married. It's just an absurd thing. I know their fathers set them up but why must it be Seon?

I sighed heavily at the thought of them both. I guess it's destiny. Both of us can't get who we want to be with.

I mean Yixing likes Min Hee but I am the one who's getting married to her...and well I like Seon but I guess Yixing's the one getting married to her.

Why didn't she tell me when I visited her when she first arrived here?

Shrug it off Zhoumi. You're like a clingy guy who can't get over your ex-girlfriend. Except, Seon isn't your ex-girlfriend nor your girlfriend.

I can only sigh at the thought of that.

I heard my ringtone rang, I hesitated to answer it at first but when I saw the caller ID, I instantly pressed the green button.

"H-hello?" I said. I can't believe I'm stuttering right now.

"Hey Zhoumi. How've you been?" The caller said. She seems excited, my thought said.

"I've been doing well. Why have you called me Seon?" I asked.

"Oh nothing, I just felt like calling you." She said. I can't help but smile wide.

"Really?" I said.

"Yes. Well, actually I have something to tell you. It's about Yixing." She said but paused for a few seconds.

My smile faded immediately when she said Yixing's name, "I-I think I like Yixing again." She said.

"Oh.." That was the only thing I was able to say right now. The pain in my chest felt like it was going to become a huge wound that'll never be cured.

"Does it s-sound c-crazy?" She asked me. "Huh? Oh, not at all. I think that's a g-good thing."

Dang it. Why did I say that?

"O-oh..really?" She asked me.

"Y-yeah." I said.

"Well, t-thanks for saying that, Zhoumi. Uhm..I better get going now." She said.

"O-okay..I'll see you later." I said and told her to hang up first.

I ruffled my hair and groan out loudly. I should've made my move before. But what difference would it make? Seon will still be getting married to Yixing even if I tell her the truth about my feelings.

Min Hee's P.O.V

I'm currently waiting in line to order my morning coffee since I didn't get to drink anything from my house this morning.

After I ordered my coffee I started to find an empty table in the café.

"Min Hee?" Someone said. Her voice was rather familiar.

I looked at the direction of the person who was calling me. I was so surprised when a smiling face was looking directly at me.

"Oh, hi S..Seon." I can feel my voice was a little shaking.

"Are you searching for a table Min Hee?" She asked me.

"Y-yes." I said.

"Would you care to sit with me? I came here alone." She said. I should say yes shouldn't I?
