Elijah is the tall kid with curly hair and weird in a really funny way. He has a lot of character and can do the voice of Mickey Mouse. His supernatural ability is to shape shift, whether becoming the president or another one of the agents. He is the perfect spy for the United. Yes he has a loud voice which can give himself away but he can always impersonate someone else's voice as well. He is the shifter.
