Ch.24 Who?

"Omg", I say dropping my bags to the floor as I see Emi sitting on the stair case." What are you doing here", I say.
"I finally got out of the hospital to come see the person who put me there", Emi says looking at me like she was ready to kill.
"Emi, grant hasn't been seen for weeks", I say slowly backing away in a unnoticeable way.
"It wasn't him, it was Ray", she says as anger fills her eyes.
"Emi are you sure , it was Ray", I ask questioning who she thought it was?
"Are you questioning me the girl who saw him almost kill me ", she says giving all of us the death stare.
"Ok well I got to go do some business , around and about so goodbye", she says one last time before slamming the door in our faces.
" I have to go", I say pushing Maddie and HB up the stairs. I close the door to our room and then realize wait nevermind.  
I pull HB out of the room.
"Don't think about doing anything with her yet ok? She is still married to that man", I say closing the door so,
she can't hear me.
"Yet? What do you mean by yet?"
Slapping him on the shoulder," you know exactly what mean !"
"You said "yet", he quoted with his fingers.
"And......", I asks him; I am very confused.
"Darling, I would never do that to her, even if I wanted to your my one and only ", he kisses me as he walks back in the door and Shuts it behind him.
Wow..... Haley your so smart aren't you? Whatever you don't have time for this , I think to myself as I find myself getting back into my car again.
"Now where does he work again ", I say to myself ; straining my thoughts for remembrance . I'll just call him. I stop buy the China inn to grab a quick bite right after I call him .
"Hello", an unsteady voice answers .
"Hey it's Haley ,we need to talk "
"Ok , well I quite busy do something". Just as I hear him say this I here a sudden voice from the back ,"Ray, if your going to do it , I'm waiting ", umm... That's not Skylar , who is that ? My thoughts finally came to me . He lives on marksberries rd. 3457 . Well work/ live , in that laboratory of his . I race to his work/ house, as fast as I can . "Hmm... Door is locked , good thing I have the spare key ". I walk in as I hear .... What is that moaning ? I run upstairs and it gets louder and louder . I slow down to almost a tiptoe ,as I look in the crack of the door and see ....... Omg !
