Chapter 24-What Are You Doing Here?

-2 HOURS LATER-

It's now 5 in the morning. After what happened earlier we feel back to sleep, I never got breakfast. I don't either of us should be going to school today. I'm still hurt from what happened between Ally and Maddie. Also Ally's still shaky from her dream.

I'm so deep in thought I don't notice that Ally has waken up. You look cute when your deep in thought. I jump. She starts laughing, while I try to hid my blush. Shut up, I say a little colder than I meant to. I see her frown so I change the topic. I don't think either of us should go to school today, I say a little softer.

Why? I don't want to explain. I can tell your still shaky from your dream. She nods in agreement. She looks at me square in the eyes and ask, Why are you staying home then? It's like she's trying to get me to say it.  Well your at my house, I don't want you to go to your house, I also want to make sure your okay, I half-lie.

Oh, she looks a little down. I, try to, brighten the mood. Hey, go take a shower. I'll go downstairs and get my car. We're going to Denny's. YAY! She jumps from the bed and runs into the bathroom. STAY IN YOUR PJ'S! I yell after her. I go downstairs looking for my keys. But as I pass the front door, it opens and my parents burst in. ANNAKAH! They yell. My name they gave me at birth was Annakah, but I changed it the moment I could to Theo. 

They both give me a big hug. What are you guys doing here?!?! You have two more weeks! We decided to come home early! Mom says. Yes, we missed our little girl! My dad pips in. ?? What ?? Why did they call me Annakah, why did they call me a girl? It's been 4 years since I came out!  Guys, remember my name is legally Theo now and I'm bigender.

What? Sorry we forgot the Theo part. But I thought you were agender, or something. I smirk at them. I've been hiding it for awhile. I found that it fits me more than agender. It happened while you were gone. Oh, well. Whatever you say darling, my mom tells me. There's something in her voice that I never notice before, what is it though?

I hear Ally run down that stairs. She pauses in the doorway, when she see's my parents. My mom excuses herself into the kitchen, while my dad looks surprised. Theo-Oh no, I now that voice- Who is that? Dad says, while looking accusingly at me. 

Don't worry Dad, I reassure him, this is Ally, Ally Hills, my friend. Oh! That lesbian from YouTube. The one who you watch all the damn time. I look down, hiding my blush, while saying. Yes dad that Ally Hills. We're heading to Denny's. I'm staying home with Ally,I pause. We've had a pretty bad week.

Dad looks worry as he says, well okay. By the time you'll be back, me and you mother will be gone by that time. He hands me my keys. Also you might need these, George gave these to me.So that's the helpers name!I keep forgetting to ask whenever I hand him my keys.
