8-his gift

~Lucy POV~

I see Cana appear, looking drained.

"Cana are you okay?" Everyone asks. She falls into my arms. Guildarts runs up to his daughter.

"Cana baby, you okay." He says, in tears. Man that guy has a huge weak spot for her, but its what makes him stronger! I realize Guildarts hovering over Cana and me with a face of pure fear. I hand him Cana, and stand up.

"Dont worry guildarts i won't go macho on you." I say reassuringly. I see him let a deep breath in.

"Wait why is the strongest man afraid of you, i thought tou were weaker than shrimp." Gajeel says. A wide grin spreads across my face.

"Star shower!" I say. Everyone's face is imideatly consumed in fear, as they sprint to the edges of the room. Guildarts even picks up natsu to shield Cana (and himself, which he won't admit.)

"What th-" Gajeel starts, but he is soon laying unconscious on the floor. Then we are teleported back to the rest of our friends. As soon as Levy sees us she runs to Gajeel.

"Are you okay?" She asks, as Wendy starts healing him and Cana.

"Lucy..." he groans.

"Lucy what did you do?" Levy asks me. I her a slight chuckle behind me and turn my head to see Mira covering her mouth. Slightly she wispers 'GaLe' every now and then. I look back at levy.

"He thought i was weak, i just showed him why Guildarts is scared of me..." i say, making puppy eyes at Levy.

"I'm not scared of you!" Guildarts yells at me.

"Star s-" i start, sending a fearful and a fighting look in his eyes.

"We'll fight later." I tell him. Just then i see master, rouge, sting, fro, and lex enter the room. Master runs up to me and gives me a hug.

"My children, what has happend?" He asks us. Natsu explains everything.

"Lucy? Strong?" I hear sting say in a hushed tone. I smile at him, but in my eyes are flames.

"Star beam!" I yell. I beam of navy shoots out, in the navy there are gold stars that shine as bright as the sun. Sting, like gajeel is knocked out in seconds. I see a blur of white run from behind a pilar. The blur stops and holds sting, stop in him from hitting the ground. I see Yukino, softly brushing sting's hair out off his eyes.

"Yes, YuSt is a cannon!" I hear MiraJane whisper-shout behind me. I watch Yukino stand. Will she be mad at me?

"Since you are well Lucy, we should be getting back to the guild." Yukino says, as she holds Sting protectivly.

"We'll come with you!" My whole guild shouts... except for me and Natsu. I look at him and he looks at me. We smile, knowing what each other are thinking.

"I need a break from ice princess." Natsu says.

"And i need time to think about my new power." I say. Mira smile with sparkles in her eyes.

"NaLu is a cannon, YuSt, and Gruvia!" I hear her mutter. I roll my eyes and walk out the door with Natsu by my side. I rest my head on his shoulder and smile.

"I love you too." I say, remembering the words written on the present. We walk home holding hands, and talking. I stare into his eyes as he walks. They are so buetiful, just like him.

"Lucy, i love you." Natsu says.

"I know." I say bluntly. With those words, he leans forward and wraps his lips around mine. We stop walking and i lean into the kiss. I wrap my arms around him and close my eyes. I hear a squeal behind me.

"NALU NALU NALU NALU NALU!!!" I hear mira shout.

"Mira?" I say in surprise, as i pull away from Natsu. He looks at me longingly, then sees mira.

"What are you doing here?" He asks her, but he knows she won't hear him. She is in dream land.

"33 NaLu babies." She says, in trance.

"WHAT?" me and Natsu scream at her. She giggles.

"You to are so cute together." She says.

"Why are you here?" I ask her.

"I came to see your first date." She says, as if the answer were obvious.

"T-this isn't a d-date." Natsu stammered, as he started to chase her with a flame in his hand. Mira screamed then ran off. "Finally, we're alone." He says. I spot a rock beside me and sit down, taking him with me. I look at him, and he looks at me. He leans in, and i wrap my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. Are lips connect, and we stay like that for a while. Then a scream erupts far away.

"NALUUUU!" We hear mira shout. "Yessss! Fear the power of a camera... with extreme zoom!!!" She yells. We roll our eyes, and stand up. We continue to walk to my apartment.

-at Lucy's house-

We get to my house and kiss again. Natsu picks me up and carrys me to my room. I look at him, embaresedly.

"Natsu, im not ready yet." I say.

"I know." He responds, then plops me on my bed. He picks up his gift and hands it to me. I open the gift to find, a card and another wrapped present. I open the delicate, lace envelope and pull out the card. It says: lucy, i love you. I love you more than anything. I have for a long time. I would like to meet you by the tree outside the guild at 11am. Please.
P.S. hopefully Mira won't be there.

I smile at Natsu.

"I love you too." I say to Natsu. After i finish my sentence my head falls onto his warm shoulder. I look up at him, and give him a small quick kiss. He smiles then pulls me back into the kiss. This one is longer and more passionate. Gosh, i love him. "See you tomorrow." I say. He puts on a sad smile then leaves. I know he didn't want to leave. After he's gone i relize there's still more to the gift i open it up. Inside i find a small, absolutely gorgeous, dress and a matching set of necklace&earnings. I smile, Oh Natsu i love you.
