~Lucy POV~

Hopefully we'll be able to complete this mission. It seemed preaty hard. A dark guild has be raising monsters to destroy humanity the reward is 8,000,000,000 jewel so i know it's not gonna be easy. In fact im questiong if i should have brought erza.

"Dragon. Ce." A voice says. It seems to be right outside my head but it doesn't sound like Natsu. I wonder maybe the rumors about the jem were true. If so what could dragon ce mean? All of a sudden im extremely tired. I fall to the ground, but in the nick of time strong arms catch me. They pull me up and help me into the forest. I try to sleep but the words Dragon Ce Keep going in my head. I jump up as i feel arms around me. Well i try to jump up at least. I see 2 people. Natsu, who is setting up camp and Virgo, who is holding me.

"Virgo wh-" i weakly start.

"No time to explain princess." She says, then golden sparkles form around me. I appear in the celestial world, with celestial clothes on.

"Virgo what am i doing here?" I ask, my voice suddenly full of strength.

"You're beging to find your true origion. Your true power." She says. Then im alone in the celestial world.

"Wow, big help." I mumble. Wait, my energy's full. Is this what Virgo was talking about? Is This like natsu eating fire? Is this what my kidnappers were talking about? Its kinda starting to add up. Maybe Virgo left me alone so i could see clearer. Feel the coursing through my viens. "Open! Portal to earth!" I chant. Ahead of me a huge portal opens, and i step through. I see Natsu. Strange. He's right where he was when i left him. I lay down, and Natsu stays unmoving. I walk over to him, and see that he is completely frozen. From his heartbeat to his breath, nothing moves. I take a seat beside him "Natsu, are you okay?" I ask. No response. I put my hand on his shoulder, as a tear falls from my face. "Please natsu, please unfreeze." As soon as the last words pops out of my mouth natsu unfreezes. I hug him tightly, and he jumps back.

"Lucy? How'd you get here?" He asks me. U chuckle silently then tell him the story. Once I'm finished his eyes widen in shock. "So you-" he starts. But i see a portal open, and 2 huge scaly legs come out. The rest of the body comes through, to reveal a gold dragon with several resemblances to my mom. Natsu's eyes widen even more when a second dragon comes out. Red scales, yellow under belly. It looks exactly like...

"Igneel." Natsu says.

"Natsu." Igneel says back.

"Hate to interrupt the family reunion, but Lucy, natsu you cant go on this mission. It is way above s-class you are not ready yet." The gold dragon says in my mother's voice. Tears form in my eyes.

"Mom is that really you?" I ask, as i run towards her. She smiles.

"Yes lucy." She says. I hug her leg, and she tells me the story.

"Generations ago, a curse was cast on one of our ancestors. They we're turned to a dragon. Many may say, it's not a curse but it was for her. She couldn't start a family, or be part of civilization. She couldn't ho walking around like that. And she had to set her celestial spirits free. Now little did our ancestor know, she pregnent. The baby was human, but upon death became a dragon, and her oldest daughter to, and her oldest daughter ect. So now the oldest daughter of our family becomes a dragon upon death, but they still have some of the powers before death. The type of dragon we are, is known as the celestial dragon." My mom finishes, as i stare at her wide-eyed.

~Natsu POV~

"Igneel is that really you?" I ask the dragon with tears in my eyes.

"Yes Natsu." he replys.

"I thought you died, i saw you die. Right in front of me." I say as i hug his leg.

"Natsu i didn't die. I went to the dragon realm. I couldn't stay in earth much longer, but i tried to anyway. Then Grandeenency brought me back to the dragon realm. All the years i was inside you for, i couldn't regain power. I needed to go to the dragon realm, but i couldn't." I wasn't at nearly my best for my fight against acnologia. Then i was brought home. I have regained enough magic energy now, so i came to earth. Just in the nick of time to, you and your friend almost took a decade quest. Possibly even a century quest." Igneel states.

"Oh yeah, well i bet i could beat up that guild Lucy told me about." I huff.

"No Natsu, now go back to the guild, train yourself and Lucy. Layla and i will help us much as possible. See you soon. Natsu." Igneel said and with that he walked through the portal. Layla, trailing behind him.

~Lucy POV~

I start to pack everything back up. When a certain voice pops up.

"Lucy." Natsu says.

"Yes Natsu?" I ask.

"We're still gonna do the job right." He asks with a sudden gleam in his eyes. I roll my eyes and continue packing.

"No natsu. You heard our parents they're to tough." I say. Then we make our way back to the guild.

-at the guild-

"What are you doing back already?" Mira asked as soon as she saw us.

"Mira, i ran into an old friend. They helped me understand the job was truly to hard for anyone to handle. I need you to put on the century quest board." I tell Mira.

"What???" Guildarts yells. "You seriously didn't give up without a fight did you?" He asks.

"I didn't give up! I knew my limitations. I just found out about my power! I need time to train. So does Natsu." I yell.

"Gramps, me and lucy will be gone training for a while." Natsu tells Gramps. We leave again.
