Chapter 25

SYDNEY'S POV:

Everything seems perfect. Harry and I are back together. Maddie and Niall seem happier than ever. Danielle and Perrie will be flying out soon. Louis and Katie are reconnecting. Its just... well perfect.

We released a song too. 'Best Song Ever', and I will get to perform it with the boys here in the next few shows. Its the first time we get to perform as the whole band, and I'm extremely nervous. What if the fans don't like my voice? What if they hate the song? Harry keeps telling me everything will turn out amazing, and I try to believe him, but so many questions keep popping up in my head that I just can not think about it.

"Sydney!" Maddie's voice pulls me from my jumbled thoughts.

"Huh. what?" I say, turning towards her. At the moment, we were on the tour bus on our way to Jackson, Mississippi.

"Im bored." She bluntly says.

"Well you can't really do much on a tour bus. Don't you have homework anyway?" Maddie is doing online U.N.I classes. She throws her head back. "Ugh! Yeah, but you didn't have to remind me! You know, your lucky. You get paid for singing and just being alive." She grumbles while getting out her laptop.

"Hey, it's not easy being a-" I dramatically flip my hair- "superstar."

Maddie bust up laughing. I hear a quiet cough come from where the bunks are, and I turn to see Harry standing there frozen with his phone in his hand. "What did I just see?" He asks quietly.

"N-nothing." I say, blushing. Maddie begins to laugh harder, and Harry joins in with her. "Shut up guys!" I say in a huff.

"Aww Sydney." Harry says, coming over and pulling me into a hug. "Don't be mad. Your just so cute." I give I and wrap my arms around Harry, and we just stand there watching Maddie as tears stream down her face from crying. Niall then come rushing in, and sees the tears and completely flips. Maddie! Maddie whats wrong?!" He crouches down to her height on the couch and shakes her shoulders.

"S-sydney! You should h-have see her fac-face!" She manages out between laughs. Niall grips his chest and moves to sit beside Maddie.

"I thought something was wrong!"

I turn towards Harry and laugh at the couples cuteness, when I feel something poking at my belly. I look down to see a banana poking out of Harry's pocket.

"Umm..Harry?"

"Yeah love?"

"Why do you have a banana in your pocket?"

"I was saving it for later." He says likes its the most normal thing ever.

"Ok?" It sounds like more of a question than a statement.

"What?" He asks?

"Nothing." I say, holing in a laugh. I look out the bus's window to see that we had just arrived at the hotel. Louis then comes rushing past us with his luggage, almost knocking us over.

"We're here!" He yells. He begins to jump up and down, waiting for the rest of us to join him. "Hurry up guys!" He says to us.

"Wonder whats got him so excited." I say to Harry. "Not sure." He says, and goes to get our luggage.

Louis was the one to open the door. I wasn't really paying attention till I her the squeals. "Liam!" I herd a girly voice yell out.

"Dani!" Liam pushes into the room wraps the tiny figure into his arms. His face is buried into her neck, and she has the biggest smile on her face. Next I see Zayn rush into the room, wrapping Perrie in a hug.

We all file into the room and greet Dani and Perrie.

"Its so great so see you!" I say to the two girls. We were all having small chitchat, greeting each other and whatnot, when Danielle taps Louis on the shoulder, and points towards somewhere in the room. I turn and look to see Katie.

No words are spoken as Louis rushes up to her, wrapping her into a hug, and kissing her.

"Didn't see that coming." I say to Harry. he chuckles under his breath as Katie and Louis walk over to us.

I go and pull Katie into a hug. "Its so nice to see you." I say

"You too." She says with the biggest smile on her face. She greets everyone else, when Liam quiets everyone down, saying he has an announcement.

"How about we all get unpacked, and we go out and celebrate everyone being here, and just, well us!" He says. There is a chorus of agreements, and everyone chooses their rooms to unpack.

"I don't want to go out." I say to Harry once we had reached our room.

"You never want to." He says with a smirk.

"It takes to much effort to get ready." I say with a shrug of my shoulders. He just laughs and with a shake of his head, begins to unpack.

Everyone had gone, finally. Yeah, I stayed in. Harry wanted to, but I forces him to go. It really just takes to much effort to put on makeup, get dressed, and just well... do stuff. Im lazy.

I spent most of my time watching TV, eating, and sleeping. Its around midnight when I get a sudden energy boost. I rush into Harry and I's room, grab my phone and ear buds, and blare my music, dancing and belting our the familiar lyrics.

HARRY'S POV:

I was carrying a stumbling Louis on my shoulder. He was wasted, considering he is the only one old enough to drink in the US. Katie was helping me drag him to our room. My head shot up when I herd a yelling come from down the hall. I freeze, holding my finger up to let everyone behind me know to be quiet. They are silent as Sydney's voice fills our ears. I hear Maddie crack up in a fit of giggles as we continue down the hallway. Thank goodness no one else is staying on this floor.

We reach the door, and as I walk in, there is Sydney in only my tee shirt and panties, standing on the couch, a brush in her hand, singing.

"IM STILL INTO YOU!" She finishes. She has her headphones in so she does not notice when I quickly lay Louis down on his bed and come back to find her still not facing us, and still singing.

"NOW YOU WERE STANDING THERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!"

She continues to sing as I walk up behind her to grab her waist. But I don't get the chance. She swings her arm around, getting me right in the nose. I hear gasps behind me as I feel warmness flow out of my nose and onto my lips.

"Harry!" Sydney yells, pulling out her headphones. My hands are clasped around my nose, and I can tell its broken. Everyone rushes around me to see the damage.

"BabeI'msosorryIdidn'tknowitwasyou-"

"It's fine, but I think it's broken." I say. Tears are running down Sydney's cheeks as Liam looks at my nose. "Why are you crying?" I ask in a gentle voice.

"Because I hurt you." She simply says.

"It's no big deal Syd! There's no need to cry." I say with a small chuckle. She joins in and wipes the tears away.

"Yeah, it's broken!" Liam states. "You all stay here, Sydney get dressed, we need to go to the hospital." Liam orders. Everyone says their 'good night' and wishes me the best as Liam, Sydney, after she puts pants and shoes on, and I head out the door.
