I got down to the function room and walked in to see everyone dancing, laughing and drinking. I made my way over to Kaya, who was stood with Dylan and Ki Hong.
"Have you guys seen Thomas?" I asked. Kaya shook her head, so did Ki Hong.
"He went upstairs about 10 minutes ago. I'm sure he'll be down soon" Dylan replied. I thanked him and slowly made my way over to my mum and sister, who was talking to my dad.
"So what's this Thomas like?" My mum asked
"Julia he's brilliant. I didn't like it at first, but I've warmed to the idea" my dad answered before noticing my presence. "Oh, hello Lexi" he said.
"Hi dad" I laughed
Slowly, I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around my waist, I spun around to see Thomas looking in my eyes "happy birthday" he whispered
"Thank you" I replied before planting a soft, quick kiss on his lips.
"Come on. I have something to show you" he said, taking me by the arm and dragging me to the front of the hotel. I looked up to see so many beautiful stars, and there was a picnic set out on the front patio
"Oh Thomas.... You didn't need to" I said, my hands clasping over my mouth
"But I did" he replied, taking my hand and intertwining our fingers, and leading me to the picnic.
I sat down and Thomas pulled some champagne out of the basket "want some?" He asked, I nodded and smiled at him, an overwhelming sensation of butterflies feeling erupted in my stomach as he took the lid off of the champagne bottle and pouring me a glass.
Thomas handed me the glass and smiled at me, he placed his hand on my cheek and caressed it with his thumb "happy birthday" he said before placing a kiss on my lips. We are and talked and I couldn't have wanted anything more.
We made our way back into the hotel and I walked up to Rosa and Kaya "where have you been then?" Rosa laughed, a small smirk appearing on her face
"Me and Thomas just had a picnic outside. It was so sweet" I replied
"Aww that's so cute. I love you guys together" Kaya replied pulling me into a hug
"So do I funnily enough" I giggled
"Are you going to tell his fans?" Rosa asked
"Not yet no, I just want to stay in our own little bubble for a while longer, as soon as fans know, there's paparazzi and I'm not really ready for that" I answered, they both nodded at me.
Everything was perfect right now. It couldn't be any better.
