Chapter 16

"Kas watch out." Dean yells.
And I dodge out of the way and the thing falls to the ground.
I throw my angel blade at it. Nothing happened. Shit.
I grabbed the bottle of borax from my back pack and splash the thing with it. It burns the thing. Quickly I take the knife I keep on me and cut the things head off.
"Kas how'd you know to do that?" Dean asks.
"I read a journal."
"Oh."

It's now 8 years later and Kas is 22 also most angels have died. Only few live. Castiel is barely alive along with Gabe and Lucifer.
Kas also is at college and Ben helps Dean on hunting trips

I was asleep in my bed when I heard a window break.
My immediate reaction is grabbing my knife. I don't hunt anymore but I still think it's good to keep things around. With Castiel Gabe and Lucifers grace lost there are really no angels they were the only ones to survive. Now Dean is trying to find who did this. Sammy on the other hand spends his time with Loki hunting nonstop.
I ran down the stairs not realizing my boyfriends following me.
I tackled the person in the house. They pinned me to the ground though.
"Hey Kas."
"Ben, what the hell are you doing here?"
"I need to talk to you."
"What do you need."
"I need to talk to you in private."
"You can say anything."
"Dads hunting and hasn't been home in a month."
"So he's late he'll be back he always is."
"No Kas he went alone."
"So."
"I need your help."
"With what."
"Going to get him."
"He'll come around sooner or later."
"Kas you don't understand."
"Ben your 24 you can find him yourself."
"Kas I need help."
"Get Loki to help."
"We don't keep touch."
"Oh boohoo."
"Kas dads hunting and he hasn't been home I need to talk to you."
"Why?"
"Just come on."
I followed him outside.
"What do you want Ben?"
"I need your help finding dad."
"So he left he'll be back he always is."
"No not this time."
"I can make a few calls and find him."
"Kas I tried."
"Did you call Sammy or Loki?"
"No."
"See I'll just call one of them."
I called Sam.
"Kas?" Sam answered surprised.
"Hey do you know where Dean is?"
"He's with us."
"Can I talk to him?"
"Yeah."
"Dad?"
"Yeah Kas."
"Bens worried about you."
"I'm fine I'm just working a case with Sammy. Tell him to meet me on Souix falls and Kas go with him."
"I have finals tomorrow."
"Fine come up in two days."
"I can't."
"Kas we need back up on a case."
"Dad I have a normal life now."
"Kas we could use your help but fine."
"Bye."
"Ben you have to meet dad in Souix falls tomorrow."
"Bye Kas."
"Bye."
I ran back inside and to bed.
What my family really doesn't know is that I still hunt, my boyfriends a hunter.

2 days later

"Hey babe we're going to Souix Falls." I say.
"Why?"
"My dad needs back up plus it'll give you the chance to meet him."
"Can we head up tomorrow."
"Why?"
"I had a day planned for us."
"Fine."
We headed to the lake where we first met.
"What do you have planned for today?" I ask.
"Something special."
"Like what?"
"You'll see."
We walked along the water for a while then went on a boat ride.
"Hey look at the loons." He said.
I turned around and saw he wasn't there instead there was a demon possessing him.
"Kas I have a message from Crowelly."
"What is it?"
"Meet Dean soon or Castiel will die."
"Okay."
The demon leaves my boyfriends vessel leaving him dead.
Fucking demons.
