Chris' POV
I had the same dream again. Or should I say remembrance of my past. I should have chose death that day. Many people were killed 'cause of me. I sighed, "Another day of hell." It has been like this for 10 years. Moving from place to place. Hiding from Hunter, Keepers, Guardians, and Humans. I got dressed and headed down stairs. I was surprised to see that I was home alone. Elis left a note though:
Chris,
Simon, Melissa, and I are scouting for a place just in case they find us again. Have a good day at school and keep the grades up. Also, you better have got your homework done and studied for your test. We will be back around 6. See you then.
Elis
I put the note down. I swore, "Fuck! Forgot about the test." I don't go to a school for supernatural beings. I go to a human school. The principal knows what I am. So if someone makes me mad and I hit him, I get away with it. I make sure I can control my anger though. I grabbed my backpack and started to walk to school. No, I don't live near the school but I shift and run in my wolf form. If I don't then I will be hyper during school and that is not the normal me.
At school
I put my stuff in my locker as my 'friend' walked up to me, "Did you hear what happened?" Of course I did but I played dumb, "No what happened?" My friend,Larry as we call him, looked at me, "Really?! There was a sighting of an angel near hear." The angel, Raphael, is dating Melissa. That is why there was a sighting of him. I closed my locker, "Come one Larrold. Do you really believe that? It could have just been someone who was cosplaying." He scoffed, "Yeah right. It was an angel." I just walked away, not wanting to start a fight with him.
End of school
My other friend, Kara, walked up to me, "What's up Chris." She can always calm me down, "Not much Kara. What about you." She smiled, "Still up for tomorrow?" Tomorrow. She is coming to my house so I can help her study. And no we are just friends. I don't want to put her in that much of danger. Plus....I think of her as my sister, "Yep! My dad would be home though. My siblings wouldn't be." She laughed, "That's fine. Your dad's funny." We both said our goodbyes and went our separate ways. As I was walking back I noticed someone following me. I then caught a wiff of a familiar scent. I then passed out, but after I saw an unfamiliar face but a familiar scent. Angel.
