'Alin' smiled and looked at them, "You know for as long as I have lived people never have been so idiotic as to expect one to be who they say they are." Michael glared, "State who you are before I plunge my sword into you." The thing looked at Michael now, "An angel. Hm. Not rare but hard to fine now a days. My kind is older than you father Archangel. With that being said, There is something stronger than your aunt out there wanting to destroy the world and I wanted to see the descendant of Arthur and Merlin myself. With him looking like Arthur, you guys have a chance in the fight. If it is my name you ask, I do not have one. If I were to be called something however, let it be Carn. If you do not trust me I understand. Merlin did give his children the gift of caution. I...I protected him when he died. What killed him escaped. It is very mad and very powerful. My kind made a promise to Merlin. That when the time comes and we are needed, we will come to the aid of the one with the golden scar. I have found you and I have sworn to protect you." Carn bowed, "What needs to be located, is the sword that Arthur wielded." Chris looked at him wide eyed, "You mean excaliber! It has been lost to the ages." Michael looked down, "No it has not. I...I know where it is." He walked over to the map on the table and point to a spot, "Right here. Where Camalot used to stand proud and strong." Michael then looked at Carn, "And where he was suppose to be. Locked away with his kind." Carn gave Michael a look, "The only reason why we were locked away is that our power was feared. The strongest of our kind can walk among mortal men and not be noticed unless wanted to." It was Chris' turn to look at Carn, "That means you are one of the strongest?" Carn smiled, "Well my young King.....I am the strongest of my kind. I lead and guide them." They heard screaming outside and they all looked except Carn, "You need to come with me." Simon looked at him, "He is not going anywhere until we know you are telling the truth." Michael looked at Simon, "If I can not even tell what he is or why his smell is weird but new, he is telling the truth dog." Simon frowned at losing an argument, "Fine feather head, but Chris is not going alone." Carn looked at him, "Of course. I need Chris, Michael will have to do, Elisian, and you. You are all descendants of the people who were part of the ritual that created the Ankarlio. Camelot is surrounded by a barrier that we put up to protect the sword for the next king or queen."
When they left for Camelot Chris looked at Michael, "Do you think this is the end?" Michael looked down at him, "For us or the world?" "Both actually." Michael grabbed his hand and held it, "I would be devistated if you do not make it out alive. I also think that you can do this. You are strong and are capable of succeeding." Chris blushed and looked down, "Thank you." "For what?" "Being you."
