Chapter 2 - Taken

"Goodbye.." her voice trailed in my head. That's about the second time she's said goodbye. I don't want to loose her in another goodbye. 

I watched longingly as she walked away from me, I wanted to follow but I don't want her complaining to the police. No matter how crazy that thing about me being a perv was, she might actually do that. Knowing her. 

If only I could explain it to her in a way she'd understand. I'm doing this for her own good. 

I started to walk aimlessly and found myself in front of a church. I wasn't a religious person but i want some quiet time to myself. I went in and sat on the pews and did a little thinking at how everything became so messed up.

FLASHBACK 

History class was over and I awoke to someone tapping on my shoulder. 

"Wakey wakey Boo Bear! I know classes are not really your thing, but you gotta listen if you wanna ace the finals!" Elisa said in that adorable little voice of hers. 

I looked up and saw her beautiful face peering down on me with that smile and those adorable dimples that couldn't compare to Harry's. 

"Let's get going then! Maybe you could tell me what I missed duing that boring lesson." I said. 

She laughed and explained the lesson. Something about the Nazis taking over. I didn't mind hearing her talk all day, her voice is so angelic that I could stay up all night listening to her. 

My thoughts were then rudely interrupted by the sound of my phone ringing, signalling that I had a new message pending. I read the message and suddenly turned pale. 

"Who is it? Harry? " Elisa asked. 

"Oh..no..no.. Just mom asking what time i'll be back." I said nervously. 

Luckily, she bought it and continued walking towards the front doors of the school that led out to the courtyard where we usually have our lunch. 

We took out our packed lunches and started to eat. I thought to myself who would have sent the message and immediately got angry and felt the need to be around Elisa every minute. I couldn't bear the thought of her getting hurt. 

I excused myself and told her i was going to the loo and that she should wait for me and don't leave. If she did want to, she should either contact the lads or Caitlin. 

She gave me a confused look and was about to ask why when I walked back to her and planted a kiss on her forehead and told her that I'll be right back. 

I quickly went to the locker rooms and reread the text. 

"Meet me near the girls' locker room before lunch ends or your girlfriend'll be in serious trouble. -H." 

"So you came..." a voice said.

When the figure moved closer, I saw it was Lisa Hale from English class. Hale.....H. Figures. 

"What do you want Lisa?" i said in an angry tone. 

"Woah, slow down tiger, don't get all mad. Nothing's gonna happen...yet." she said deviously. 

"Get straight to the point Hale." I said feeling my blood boiling. 

"Well, if you want me to... You know i've had this huge major crush on you since the day I met you on freshman year right? I did ask you if you were interested and you said no. And weeks later I saw you holding hands with Elisa Sykes! What does she have that I don't?" she screamed 

"Well, for starters, she doesn't go around asking people for others' numbers. And secondly, her personality is better than yours." I replied jokingly and started walking away. 

"Leave her and be mine or else... you'll regret ever refusing my offer. " she said. 

I stopped dead in my tracks. I couldn't believe it. Leave her for this wretch? Never in a million years! I love her. Love. Guess I haven't told her yet. I was gonna tell her during prom where the atmosphere is right. I even got my tickets ready! But now this happened. What do I do?! Think Louis, think! It's for her safety and i'm doing this to protect her. She'd understand. 

"Fine. But only for a week." I countered. 

"That's not gonna happened Boo Bear. " she chuckled "After prom is good. You'll take me and make your girl jealous and then she'll know how I feel. Deal?" she questioned. 

I just hope she'll still love me after all of this. Even if she doesn't I won't give up until I have her back. "Fine. But after that, no more okay? You'll get what you want and I'll probably end up with nothing.." I said. My voice wavering.

"Don't worry, I won't bore you while we're together. If it doesn't work out between you and Elisa, you know that I'm always available for you." She cooed. 

I winced at that comment and suddenly heard footsteps and a familiar voice calling my name. 

"Lou? Lou where are you?" Elisa called out. 

Blimey! She's coming! If she sees me with this wretch she'll jump into multiple assumptions! What now! 

Lisa must have seen my expression and smirked. "Go with the flow and kiss me. Right now!" she hissed. 

"Are you insane?! Never!" I hissed back. 

But before I knew what was happening, Lisa already had her lips locked on mine. And I only managed to pull away after hearing a high pitched voice screaming my name. What a strong girl, this Lisa. 

"Louis William Tomlinson! What in God's name do you think you're doing?!" she shouted. 

Before I could reply and tell her that I wasn't at fault, Lisa said "Excuse me Sykes, but I think you're interrupting. Better leave before things get dirty." she said. 

How could she! She didn't mention about the plan starting now! There wasn't even a plan to begin with! Ugh, now my life is totally over! 

Elisa stood there dumbfounded and tried to look into my eyes but I can't look back, so I looked at the ground instead. 

She must be breaking right now. How I wish there was another way. I didn't wanna hurt her like this. It pains me even more to say the things i'm about to say next.

"Leave Eli, if you know what's best for you." I said softly.

She looked at me with wide eyes and tears were running down her face. Goodness, what have I done. I just destroyed my relationship with the love of my life. 

"It's over Louis, don't ever talk to me again or even look at me or walk the same path as me! I hate you! I hope you enjoy your time! Goodbye!" She shrieked. And ran out of the room. 

I released Lisa's grip on me and glared at her. She just shrugged. Typical slut. I quickly ran after Elisa but she was nowhere in sight. I tried to call her but she wasn't picking up. 

I was going crazy at how everything was happening so fast and just layed down at the grass and looked up at the clouds. 

"I'm really sorry Elisa. I really am. I love you." I whispered to the air. Hoping my voice would reach hers 

END OF FLASHBACK 

I left the church with a new sense of courage. I was going to get her back and I'm gonna need all the help I can get. But first, I gotta call the lads and Caitlin over to my apartment to tell them the whole thing so that I can explain to them what I want to do. 

"Don't worry Elisa, I'm gonna get you back whether you want to or not." I thought and headed to the direction of my apartment while dialling some numbers. </pre>
