I opened my eyes slowly, which seemed to be taking its own sweet time to adjust to the darkness. For a second I was scared that I had lost my eyesight but soon the light of the moon gleaming through the bars of the bars carpeted the harsh surface I was sitting on. I tried getting up with the support of one hand, making sure not to hurt my shoulder any further, and walked towards the bars. It wasn't rocket science to figure out I was imprisoned. The last thing I remember was sitting in the car with Beta Bleidd as we headed to the castle.

"Reveal your true identity young wolf, or I shall punish you to an extent, you'd rather prefer death." As the feminine voice echoed and surprisingly, had the tendency to send shivers down my spine.

"My name is Juana and I'm a US citizen not a South Colomian, so you have no reason to trap me here, and I don't know how I landed in this country."

I walked towards the silver bars of the prison, and clenched it, knowing the metal wouldn't hurt me, like it would've hurt an other werewolf in my place. I'm sure she was taken aback by my move, but she did pat say anything. For a second I thought she had left, but then in the darkness, formed a silhouette of a  tall lady, as she walked towards me, the moon light coming through the open space, fell directly on her eyes.

She looked directly into my eyes and It took me a second to realise who she was, or rather what she was. The colour of her eye, gave it all. During one of my summer vacations in South Coloma, my elder brother Lukas and his twin told stories about the widow with white pupils.

"You made your choice young girl, now it's time to see the result." She said, and suddenly she wasn't looking into my eyes, she was looking at my dislocated shoulder which had white bandages covering the infected Bullet wounds. Suddenly the wound seemed to burn a little, and before I knew it I heard the bone crack. And all I could do was yell in pain before I fell on my knees and darkness consumed me once again.

        ______________Few hours earlier_________________

Forty eight minutes and eighteen seconds, that's exactly the amount of time I took, to have a shower and change into a fresh pair of clothes, without moving my shoulder much. The throbbing pain of my shoulder had aggravated since the time we moved to the Capital city Silverspell.

Seventy two hours in this city, and the pain just doubled, my meds didn't seem to work either, all they did was make me feel drowsy which wouldn't be required anymore because I feel like I could pass out any second by the pain.

I could tell Caleb that I was too much in pain, to wait until tomorrow for his father to have a look at it, but the Alpha pride wouldn't allow me to show weakness. It's that, or the fact that I don't wanna deflate my ego more than I already have.

The smell of freshly baked cookies made my stomach grumble, and I walked out of the room, following the aroma which lead me to the kitchen. I didn't even bother about the fact that I was wearing Eli's oversized jersey which I had brought with and shorts which hid under the jersey.

Leaning against the frame of the kitchen's door, I watched Caleb get another batch of cookies out of the oven, as he hummed a tune that sounded like the Taylor Swift song Fifteen, or was it sixteen, but I could bet he was humming the song. "Someone seems like they're in a good mood today." I said.

"Allen Jay called their flight just landed. Candice and he would be here in thirty minutes. I'm sure she didn't eat anything in the flight so I found the easy bake cookie mix, made some for her, it's chocolate chip cookie" he said. The joy on his face was prominent.
