Max's POV
When I wake up Nicole is still sleeping and I don't want to wake her. We don't have anything to do today and we have the next week off. The only thing we are doing today is Scooter is coming over to talk to us about our next move. Everyone knows we had to push back the release date of Word of Mouth but that is only because we need to perfect the songs. I head downstairs and when I walk into the kitchen Jay is there making his vegan food and Tom and Siva are talking to him. Nathan is still sleeping and Big Kev is sitting on the couch as usual. All the girls are still sleeping. "Morning lads." I tell them sitting down at the island.
"Morning Max, how did last night go for you?" Jay asks.
"It went well. Nicole really likes her new car." I tell him.
"Did you give her that birthday sex?" Tom asks.
"No! We have not done that yet. I told you guys she is different and she wants to wait which I respect." I tell them. Then Nathan walks down and into the kitchen. "Morning Nath." I tell him.
"Morning." He says back. He is still half asleep so I get up and go to the freezer and get a couple ice cubes. I take them and stick them down his shirt. His eyes pop wide open and then he starts jumping up and down and screaming extremely loudly. Nicole comes running down the stairs with a baseball bat in her hands looking like she is ready to hit someone. "Whats going on?" She says with a concerned look on her face. She keeps looking around.
"Max just put some ice cubes down my shirt." Nathan says.
"Are you fu**ing kidding me? I thought there was an intruder. Nathan you are such a baby! You made me get up and run down here for nothing!" She says. Jay, Tom, Siva, Big Kev and I start laughing. "Its not funny!" She says. It is kind of funny and her hair is super wild which makes it even funnier.
"It was a little funny but I think we are all laughing more at your hair!" Big Kev tells her. She looks mortified and grabs a spoon and looks at herself. "Oh my god!" She says then she laughs. She looks absolutely ridiculous. "Good morning babe!" I tell her smiling.
"Good Morning Max." she says smiling. "I am gonna go up and get ready." She says. Before she goes up I grab her and kiss her. "Now you didn't come down here for nothing." I tell her smiling. She smiles back and says coming down here was worth it. She goes up to get ready and when she comes back down in her jean shorts and Hashtagz tank top I take her hand and lead her outside. I take her to the grassy area and she sits down and I sit behind her so she is sitting between my legs and my arms are wrapped around her. We sit there talking while looking out at the view of LA.
"Did you enjoy your party last night?" I ask her.
"I did. I cant thank you enough!" She says looking at me. I smile back at her and kiss her.
"I am glad you got to see your family and Courtney. I know you haven't seen Courtney in like 2 years and I know that you missed her." I tell her.
"I did! And I cant believe you got them all up here. I also cant believe you got the Jonas Brothers to come." She tells me smiling. She stands up and goes and leans on the railing. I go and stand next to her.
"They were happy they could meet a fan like you. They are a great group of guys." I tell her.
"So now that I am 18 we can go to some 18 and over clubs with everyone!" She says excitedly.
"Ya! We can go tonight if you want?" I tell her.
"I think we should. It will be so much fun!" She says smiling. I look at her and the way the sun is hitting her is just perfect. I look her in the eyes and she looks back. I kiss her for a while and then I pull away. "Do you wanna go get lunch?" I ask her. "We can take your new car." I tell her smiling.
