Recent update from my boring life...

Note to self: Never again watch Kitty Flanagan or any other amazingly funny comedian at night when you're supposed to be asleep. You will choke.

Thank you to pastlife02  for tagging me as her friend :)
I'm happy now 🤓

This is something I made up because I was bored. I don't know if this is cliche or not. Based off Teen Wolf. Here is... Whatever this is!

My name is Nya Cardwell. I lived in a small suburb called Shurrey where I went to a school called Shurrey High. I was 16 years old and I was in grade 10. My life sounded pretty normal. But it wasn't. There was something amazing yet horrifying and dangerous about me. No I was not a criminal nor was I the world's famous dork (which I would be pretty good contestant for). No. I was a werewolf.

I wasn't one of those stereotypical werewolves that are savages and scary. I was nothing like that. My werewolf form was a gracious black and white wolf with razor-sharp teeth and shining claws. I could hardly control my werewolf form, especially on full moons. On those dreadful nights, I turned into a real animal hunting for food and stalking anything that made sudden movement. I had even been responsible for a few deaths of humans that got too close to me when I was out-of-control. I may have sounded like a monster, but the real me was far from a monster.

No one in Shurrey knew about the werewolves on the prowl except for the Hunters. The Hunters were an elite well-trained enforcement, unknown to the police, that ridded of any werewolves they find. They were nasty, cruel and sick people who killed werewolves in horrible ways. I have had close encounters with the Hunters but none of those times the Hunters had ever seen my face. Unfortunately though, one night I got a bit too close.

On that fateful day, I strolled through the hallway of Shurrey High avoiding all the silly seven graders chasing each other and throwing paper planes. My best, and only, friend Jai Ellis was waiting for me. Or it was just a coincidence that he happened to be engrossed in a book right next to my locker. When I closed my locker door a bit too hard, Jai flinched slamming his book closed. I laughed at his reaction. He had always been a bit jumpy.

"You scared me!" He exclaimed.

"Scaredy-cat!" I teased using the insult I used to use in second grade.

"Dog-brain!" He mocked.

Normally I would've laughed at that but since it was a dog-based joke, and I was a WEREWOLF and wolves are like dogs... You get the idea. Jai never knew about my problem because... Well... I never told him. I know, I know. It's sounds bad that I didn't tell me BEST FRIEND my biggest secret. But seriously, imagine you trying to tell your ONLY friend that you're a WEREWOLF. Yeah, that's what I thought.

As you know and have experienced, school was extremely boring so I breathed a sigh of relief when 3:00pm finally came and the bell rang. Hundreds of teenagers spilled out from all the classrooms filling up the corridor. When I finally escaped the building of torture, Jai walked over.

"Um... Sorry, I can't come over this afternoon. I'm going to my aunt's house again," I lied. Yes that was a terrible excuse. It was a full moon and I had an exciting adventure awaiting me deep in the woods! Note the sarcasm.

"Oh, that's okay," he smiled. If Jai smiled too big, you'd go blind. That's how bright it was, bright as the sun. "Tomorrow then?"

"Sure!" I grinned.

"Can't wait," he winked. He was such a weirdo sometimes.

I hastily climbed out of my window from my bedroom, leaped onto the driveway and sprinted into the woods. I accelerated deep into the forest and slumped against a rough, old oak tree beside a shimmering lake to catch my breath. I closed my eyes as a shiver ran down my spine. I felt the once delicate hairs on my arms morph into part of a thick, smooth coat. My fingernails extended and curved into sharp claws. A cold, hard surface suddenly pressed against my head.

Wait a second, I thought. That's not part of the transformation!

"What a poor little girl. Such a shame she's a monster," a deep harsh voice boomed.

I reluctantly opened my eyes and realised I was surrounded by the Hunters, all armed with fierce-looking crossbows. The leader held a pistol pressed against my temple. I was struggling as I was in the middle of transformation and the pain was agonising.

"What a pity we caught you transforming little one," he spat with no sympathy whatsoever. "Say goodbye."

And those were the last words I ever heard.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Such a lame title.
Kinda depressing. I based it off a Teen Wolf Fanfic that I might've stopped writing... Except the main character doesn't die of course...
Hope you like it! Yeah I was bored of not posting anything so...
So that's it. And remember kids...
