Chapter 20

*Chris' POV*

"let's go get ice cream!" I exclaimed.

"yeah!!" Luke yelled.

We walked to dairy queen.

We ordered and headed back to the park.

He smiled at me.

My phone buzzed.

Lucy: Chris! What the hell?! Why is Niall with Ellie?!

I sighed.

"everything alright?" He asked.

"well, sort of" I said.

"why?" He asked. I stood quiet.

"you don't have to tell me" he said.

"no, its just, I'm still upset about Ellie" I said.

"I'm sorry" he said.

"its ok.. Its just everyone always brings it up when I'm around. Its like they know I can't stand it" I said.

"if I brought it up throughout these days I'm sorry!" He said.

"why do you apologize too much? You do nothing wrong" I giggled. He smiled.

"I don't know, honestly" he said.

I rolled my eyes. Giggling.

I texted Lucy.

Me: management..

Lucy: :(

Me: yeah..

Lucy: talking about this, what the hell are you doing with Luke?!

I laughed.

Luke gave me a confused look. I showed him the messages. He smiled.

"well, wasn't expecting the question in that way" he said.

"I didn't expect her asking" I said.

He chuckled.

"you know, I like spending time with you" I said.

"I like spending time with you too" he said.

I smiled.

I texted Lucy again.

Me: we're just hanging out!

Lucy: just buds? You and Niall still together?

Me: Lucy, yes! Me and Luke are buds and me and Niall are still together!

Lucy: good! Ok babe gotta go! Love ya!

Me: ok love ya too!

Luke smiled at me. He lightly grabbed my hand.

I looked at him.

Why is he holding my hand?

*Luke's POV*

Why am I holding her hand?

She backed her hand away slowly.

"sorry I err.. Wasn't thinking" I said.

"its fine, Luke" she said.

"I just don't want Niall to think of us like that" she said.

"I know, sorry" I said.

"Luke, I'm serious its ok" she said. I smiled.

Next day.

*Chris' POV*

My phone buzzed.

Niall: babe!!! Are you ready to watch the show?!

I giggled.

Me: yes Nialler!

Niall: great I'll text you later! Gotta go! Love you x

Me: ok. Love you too xx

I texted Luke.

Me: Lukey! Come over to my house! Nialler is on the Telly!

Luke: alright I'll be there in a sec!

I headed to the kitchen. Waiting for the show to come on and waiting for Luke.

I grabbed a bowl. And poured cereal and milk.

I grabbed my hair into a messy bun. And I'm wearing, gray sweats, and a short shirt saying, 'Love Bites' with a white short under. (understandable?)

The doorbell rang.

I ran over to the door.

"LUKEY!!!" I exclaimed. I hugged him.

"CHRIS!!!!" He exclaimed as well. Hugging me back.

"come, you want cereal?" I asked.

"yes!!! What kind do you have?" He asked.

"err.. Raisin bran, corn flakes, fruit loops, cocoa crispies, and Captain crunch" I said.

"Err... Err... I'll go choose over there" he said. I giggled.

I watched the commercials as I waited. This is boring!

My phone buzzed.

"Christina Tomlinson dating Luke Hemmings! What a cute couple! x"

What the hell?

She had to tag a picture.

Wait, that's a picture of me and Luke holding hands! No no no no no!!! I just really hope Niall doesn't think of this a wrong way!

Luke came back.

"oh you're just in time. It just started!" I said.

"cool!" He said.

"and we're back guys! We have two guests today, Niall Horan and Ellie (whatever her last name is)!!!!!!!"  The interviewer said.

The crowd went wild.

"hi guys" Niall said.

Ellie waved.

"come on I'm guys, take a seat" the interviewer said. (aha see what I did there? ;) )

Niall and Ellie sat close to each other.

Throughout the whole interview, they just asked silly questions. Until.

"can you guys kiss for the crowd?" He asked.

"err.." They both said.

They looked at each other. They came closer and closer. Until their lips met.

I gasped. My eyes widened.

Luke looked at me. He hugged me tightly.

"its ok" he whispered. Pecking my forehead.

He turned off the Telly.

"I'm sorry" he said. I hugged him back.

(A/N): why Niall?! Well, it wasn't really Niall....... WHY MANAGEMENT?!
