Chapter 6

Perries POV

When Maddie told me how her parents died I felt like crying and telling her that it's okay. But I knew that I shouldn't and stay strong for her. While her and Abby were in the back of the car chatting I had asked Zayn if it would be alright if we could spend some time with Maddie and Abby, he said it was a good idea.

When we got the orphange me and Zayn got out of the car and started following he girls up the steps. When Maddie noticed me and Zayn following them she stopped and said,

"You guys don't have to get down with us we can walk ourselves you know.". "We know but me and Zayn both wanted to spend a little time with you girls.", I said with a smile. When I said that it seemed that her face lit up with just those few words. "Of course you guys can even though I hardly know you guys, you seem like very nice and caring people.", said Maddie with excitement in her voice.

That made me so happy I don't know why.

As we made out way through the orphanage doors I noticed all the girls looking at Maddie and Abby with glares. Man if looks could kill. I also noticed that both of the girls had their heads down and were starting to run up the stairs. I could hear most of the girls quietly fangirling because of course the one and only Zayn Malik and from One Direction and Perrie Edwards form Little Mix is here. Some of the girls were whispering and they looked like they were going to explode as to how red there faces were.

Zayn and I finally caught up to both of them and went into there bedroom. "Erm I'm going to back and tell Clara that we have some visitors.", said Maddie while sniffling. Why was she crying? I'll have to ask her later. As she made her way out of the room I saw Abby looking at the floor.

"Abby what's wrong why was Maddie crying?", I asked. "Well you see when she came into the orphanage, well before she came I was always bullied around here and then when Maddie came people kept on complaining at how ugly and fat she was and that she doesn't belong here and all of that shit.". I cant believe that girls bully her and Abby around and the worst part is that no one reports the problem not even Abby.

"How come you girls don't report it to Clara, I'm sure she can do something about it.", I said to Abby. Maddie was taking long just to tell Clara that she had some visitors over. "Its just that if we do report them were scared that they will beat us up.", she explained. They shouldn't be afraid to be living here.

"Hey Zayn can you go and check on Maddie she's been awhile.", I said told Zayn. "Sure hold on.", he said while walking out. When he left me and Abby started to talk more about the problem they had here.

Zayns POV

When Perrie asked me to go check on Maddie as to why she was taking so long I felt a sense of security towards her. I don't why so don't ask. As I was making my way down the stair case towards the main hall I heard some girls talking bad about Maddie. And the worst part was when I peaked my head a little to the side I saw that they didn't even notice her staring at them. God dammit why do people have to be so freaking mean to someone. Now I'm pissed.

"What the hell is wrong with you girls why do you have to be so freaking mean to Maddie and say all this shit that isn't even true, and what did she even do to you guys to make you hate her!?!?!?!", I practically yelled at them. The looks on there faces were priceless. One of the girls with blackish hair almost like mine looked like she was going to shit her pants. Another girl with blonde hair looked like she was about to tell me off but looked scared at the same time. And the last girl which is I'm assuming the leader of the group who had dark purple hair that went all the way down to her hips looked like she had seen a ghost or something.

"I highly suggest that you should keep your comments to your self cause you never know who is listening or watching.", I tried saying as calmly as possible. When I was done I guess alomost yelling at them they stood their in shock and silence, finally one of the girls spoke up which was the leader of the group I'm assuming and said "Can I have your autograph and picture!!!", she said. I can't believe her right now.

"Fuck no!", I almost yelled once again. "I beg your pardon what did you just tell me!?!?", she said with disbelief in her voice. "Apparently you didn't hear correctly I said FUCK NO!!!", I yelled the out the as part. She huffed and purposely shoved me trying to make me fall. Ha didn't work she was to weak.

When they all left, I quickly went to Maddies side and hugged her really tight. I was yet again supposed that she would hug me back.

"Are you alright love", I asked. She just nodded and kept looking at the ground trying to avoid my gaze. I lifted up her chin with my hand so now she was looking at directly at me.

"I know your lying, and I also know that what they say isn't true at all and that you shouldn't believe it one bit.", I told her. She just sighed and started to speak.

"I know but to some girls I'm just not good enough for them and they always have to put me down just so they can feel better. Some of then also keep saying that I was just an accident and wasent even meant to be here living and thats why I'm ugly cause I was an accident.".  What she just told me right now is just absolutely heart breaking. And the worst part is that she is believing all of it. It's-. I was cut off by my heights when Maddie said something that I better not here from her again.

"I've been thinking about it you know.", she said . "Thinking about what?", I asked. "About me not living and to just die.", she said.

I officially hate these girls. I can't believe myself right now but I'm crying, but I don't even house a shit.

"Zayn please don't cry.", she said looking at me. "I'm sorry Maddie but I just can't believe you would every think of doing something bad to yourself. Maddie can you please promise me something?", I asked.

"Sure what is it?", she asked. "Can you please promise me that you will never harm yourself in anh bad way and that you will stop believing in what those girls say, casue you need to know that what they say isn't at all true. You were meant to be here for a reason, and if people tell you otherwise just rember not to waste your time, and don't let.wjat they say keep you up at night.", I said using some lyrics from Wings.(A/N see what I did there lol).

"Thanks Zayn it really means alot.", she said with a smile. When she said that I gave her a really tight hug. I think I almost crushed her. When I was dome giving her my wonderful speech we headed off back up the stairs Maddie and Abby's room.

When we got back I could tell that Perrie and Abby were getting along really well.

Maddies POV

When Zayn gave me that speech I was really glad that he did. I mean I shouldn't care what other people say about me and stop believing in what they say cause Zayn told me for a fact that none of that is true.

I feel stupid about believing in what the girls say to me that I don't belong here and that I'm a mistake cause now I know that I was meant to be here for reason and maybe I'll I find out in the future or maybe I'll I find out sooned than I should expect huh only god knows.

"Hey I was wondering what took you guys so long I was starting to get worried over here.", said Perrie.

"Sorry bout that me and Zayn got caught up in conversation.",.I explained. "It's alright, so I want to get to know you guys a little more since I hardly even know you girls.", said Perrie with a smile. Perrie is extremely pretty I'm sure any girl would die to have her looks, and to add to that she seems also extremely sweet and caring. Just like mum.

"Oh oh let's play 20 questions!!!", Abby said. She seemed excited to get to know them.
