Online Best Friends (ON HOLD)

Another week had passed by in a blur and today was Friday.

It's a fast paced world, okay?

I was able to spend the past days by hanging out more with Drew and his two idiot friends namely Kyle and Chase, having more friendly conversations with Nate and tutoring Reece after school. And as much as I don't want to admit it, I see them as my friends now.

Shocking I know. I mean after all I promised myself to not get too attached to anyone. Not that I'm attached to them already, but you get the gist.

And besides, sooner or later I have to face my fears.

Sure, Reece and I still have those moments when we're at each other's throat but we also have those moments when we would laugh our butts off about something. Like this one time when I was in the middle of explaining some calculus rule and he suddenly farted -a really loud fart.

"So, if f and g are both differentiable and-" My explanation was cut off short with a loud pfft sound. I whipped my head to Reece's direction, my eyes wide open and my mouth ajar. He looked at me with the same expression and we just stared at each other for a while. Then we did it, we burst out laughing.

"Wha-what the?!" I was struggling to speak in between my laughs. "Tha-that was like, like the loudest fart I've hahaha ever he-heard in my life!"

"You-you're lucky then." Reece replied in between his laughs too. "I mean haha you heard it fro-from a sexy ass!"

"Haha eww." I laughed even harder. "But I'm glad that haha it doesn't stink hahaha."

"Yeah. That-that's actually a relief haha."

"I'm so going to tell this to-to Drew." I'm starting to feel some tears building up in my eyes. "And-and haha he's surely going to tell everyone!"

He stopped laughing and gave me a warning glare. "No, you wouldn't."

"Yes! Yes, I would! Oh goodne-" I wasn't even able to finish what I was saying because the next thing I know we were on the floor with him on top of me while tickling my sides. Me being the ticklish person that I am, I started laughing so hard that made a few tears escaped my eyes.

"Reece! Oh my hahaha no! Stop! I can't haha Evans!" I keep on struggling to stop him but to no avail.

"Say 'Reece is the hottest guy alive' and I'll stop." He said while tickling me even more.

"No way! Hahaha that's called lying!"

"Your choice, babe." He continued with a smirk.

"Okay! Hahah wait stop! Okay haha. Reece is the haha hot-hottest guy alive! There! I said it!"

He stopped after that but didn't make a move to get off of me. He just stared at me with a small smile on his lips and I swear the world stopped. I just stared back at him unsure of what to do. Reece didn't say anything and so did I, we just stayed there looking at each other.

After what seemed like forever, he started leaning closer. His eyes travelled down to my lips before going back to my eyes. My breathing became unsteady and my heart started hammering on my chest. He was becoming closer and closer and I didn't make any move to stop him, despite my mind protesting.
