Since I was not allowed to leave my chambers, I spent my time reading and trying to find out why I wasn't burnt.
I glance up and look at the white strand of hair in the mirror. I had attempted to wash the white out but nothing happened except more of my hair turned white.
That's when I stumbled upon a book of the Targaryens, a house who once ruled the seven. They were extremely beautiful with white-blonde hair and violet eyes. They had dragon's blood, and fire could not kill a dragon.
The thought came to me: was I a Targaryen? I had been set on fire, yet I did not die.
Then I read about my aunt Lyanna, whom I was named after. Prince Rhaegar Targaryen fell in love with her. He loved his Lady Lyanna and thousands died for it.
Apparently my aunt died in the Tower of Joy, named by Rhaegar. She was found by my father and along with her she had two children she had birthed.
It all made sense. Lyanna Stark was my mother and Rhaegar Targaryen was my father. Ned took me in as his own and told me I was a Stark.
A knock on the door brought me out of my daze and I stood up. I walk over to the door.
"Who is it?" I ask.
"It's me, your grace." Reila says.
I unlock the door and let her in, immediately barring the door back.
"Your grace," she gasps, "your hair!"
I sigh. "I know. Reila, I think I have found out why these things have happened."
"Oh, do tell, your grace."
"I was reading and I stumbled upon a book of the Targaryen dynasty," I say, "you know them, right?"
"I've heard very little, your grace. I only know they were very beautiful and once ruled the seven kingdoms." Reila says.
I nod. "Well, they had white hair and violet eyes. They had dragon's blood running through their veins. Prince Rhaegar loved my aunt Lyanna. I guess when my father found her dying, she had two children."
"Wait–"
"My father is Rhaegar Targaryen and my mother is Lyanna Stark."
"You're a Targaryen.."
"Reila, please, do not tell a soul." I beg.
"I have never said anything, why would I start now?"
I smile and hug her. She pulls away and goes to unbar the door. Tommen instantly walks in.
"I've come to a conclusion." Tommen says as he walks over to me.
"I have too." I say.
"With the white hair and your inability to burn, I say you are a Targaryen." He says the same time I say the same thing.
I look down and shake my head. I couldn't be. Cersei would kill me if she knew. Tommen's whole family hated the Targaryens, though they don't have a reason to. Robert was the one who wanted them dead.
I stand and walk over to the window. "Are there any left?"
"Yes, your grace. There is one left."
"Two," Tommen corrects her and I turn my head toward him, "there is Aemon Targaryen and Daenerys Targaryen."
"Where are they located?" I ask.
"Aemon is at Castle Black and Daenerys is in Essos. Last time I heard she was creating an army and conquering cities. She plans to take back what is hers."
The Iron Throne, I think to myself. Of course. I could help her take it back, but I would never betray Tommen like that.
"Are you going to contact her, your grace?" Reila asks.
"No," I say and turn around, "I may write Aemon, but not Daenerys. That's dangerous."
"I agree, your grace, very dangerous. But before you write Aemon, I think you should write to your brother to see what he knows about him." Reila suggest.
"Nobody finds out of this," I say and look down, "not yet."
"Of course." Tommen says as he walks over to me. He kisses me gently.

Dearest Jon,
I am writing to you to ask you a question. It may seem unusual, but do not worry. I am writing to ask you about Aemon Targaryen. Do not worry, he is in no kind of danger, I'm just curious. What does he do? What's he like?
Please write back as soon as you can.
Lyanna Baratheon
I sit my quill down onto the desk and seal the letter. I then stand up and send it off with a raven.
Hopefully Jon will tell me more about Aemon Targaryen. I was nervous. My hair would soon turn white, like my father's.
What would happen when it did?

Okay just go along with it, I know the hair thing makes like zero sense. lol.
