"Letter for queen Lyanna," the coalboy says.

I turn around from the table and stand up. I walk to the boy and take the letter from his hand. He bows.

"Thank you." I tell him.

"My pleasure, your grace." He says and leaves. I look at it.

I unroll it and read it.

Lyanna,

Why would you want to know about maester Aemon? And more importantly, how do you know he's a Targaryen? Anyway, just because you're my sister, I'll tell you.

Aemon is the maester here. He is also blind so don't try
sending him a raven. He has a great-great niece named Daenerys Targaryen. He doesn't speak much of his family, so that's all I have.

Best of luck with whatever you do,

Jon

I crumple the letter and throw it away. I join my friends at my table to finish my wine.

"So, my queen, tell me," Lady Nina says and puts her goblet down, "what happened to your hair?"

"Let us not speak of my hair." I say and bring my goblet to my lips.

Reila sits down beside me and Nina gives her a disgusted look. I hold my goblet in my lap and stare at Nina.

"Is there a problem with Reila?" I ask.

"I just don't think handmaidens should be sitting with the queen." She says.

"Reila is my most trusted advisor and friend. If you do not like her sitting with us then leave. You know where the door is."

"Handmaidens don't fit in with us lords and ladies–"

Reila stands up as Nina was now making her feel terrible.

"Reila, sit." I order.

"Your grace, it's really okay. Lady Nina is right, I'm wrong to be here."

"No, she's wrong. I'm the queen and she will not sit here and tell me what I can and cannot do," I say and look at Nina, "leave. Now."

Nina looks between Reila and I. Reila keeps her head down as I look her straight in the eyes.

Nina gets up and walks out. Lady Talisa looks at me with sorrow.

"My queen, I am very sorry for her behavior," she says and looks at Reila, "and I'm sorry she was that disrespectful to you."

Reila shrugs. "It's fine."

"It's not fine, Reila. You can't let her treat you as if you are nothing." I tell her.

"What can I do about it? I'm just a handmaiden." She says and looks down sadly.

I place my hand on top of hers. "A handmaiden who is friends with the queen. Tell me and I will put a stop to it."

"Thank you, your grace." She says and smiles.

I bring my goblet to my lips. I have a feeling that I would not see the last of Nina.

"Your grace, you have a visitor." Luca says. He was the guard who escorted me everywhere.

I look over my shoulder to see Cersei. I didn't exactly want her to see me, but there's nothing I can do to stop it now.

I stand up. "Oh, hello. Can I get you some wine?"

"No, thank you," she says, "I didn't realize you had company. I wanted to speak to you alone."

I nod and look to my friends. "Same time tomorrow?"

Reila, Talisa, and Joslyn all leave. I shut the door behind them and turn around toward Cersei.

"What was it you wanted to talk about?" I ask.

"You and Tommen have been married for a while now." She begins.

Oh here we go. It's the 'when can I expect a grandchild' talk. We haven't even been trying. We had sex a lot, but nothing. I don't even think we'd thought about having children.

"I just don't want to see him find another wife who will produce his children. I consider you my own, Lyanna."

"We will try." I promise her.

Cersei smiles, obviously pleased with herself. "Good."

Before leaving, she looks at me. She takes a strand of my white hair and pulls it through her index finger and her thumb. "You're looking more and more like your father everyday."

My heart stopped. She knew. She fucking knows. How could she? Okay, Lyanna, don't be irrational, she might not know.

I just stand there and smile as she leaves.

Tommen walks into the room and shuts the door. I lay quietly in the bed in a see-through gown. He glances over at me and chuckles.

"Come here." I tell him as I sit up and as he takes off his shirt.

Tommen walks over and sits on the bed beside me. I turn on my side and face him.

"Your mother spoke with me." I say and rest my hand on his chest.

"About what?" He asks as he wraps his arm around me.

"She basically said if we don't try to have children she would find you another wife, even though she doesn't want to." I say and chuckle.

"Well," he pulls me on top of him, "are you ready?"

"Are you?"

He nods. "We'll make great parents."

Yeah this chapter kinda sucked so I'm sorry lol
