Mark's P.O.V
"Ouch!" I fell out of the plate elevator thing. Onto the kitchen floor, "Are you okay?" She was always caring, I smiled "yea, I'm great." We heard some rustling in the kitchen. "More ghosts" she asked with an irritated tone, the ghosts were no surprise to us anymore. I captured all the ghosts in the room, and we made our way to the library, now you might be wondering why we didn't just take the door on the bottom that leads straight to the library, well it was locked. I put my hand on the doorknob, I felt like whatever was in there was no ordinary ghost. Amy put her hand on top of mine on the doorknob, she smiled and we opened the door together. We turned to our right to the piano playing. (video above) A weird yellow big brained ghost was playing it. He noticed us and quickly vanished, we couldn't see him. Then a book flew out of the stacks of books on the ground and hit Amy.
She fell to the floor, "Amy!!" I ran up to her now limp body. She was knocked out, another book went flying across the room. That poltergeist was still in here and I was gonna get him. I figured out that the poltergeist had this mode where it was like a black light, along with it being a flashlight and a flasher. I have no idea who made this thing, but it's awesome! I quickly began scanning the room with it, "Gotcha!" I say as I flash him, stunning him and began sucking him up. He put up a heck of a fight, he was more stronger than the other ghosts. I finally got him, after a few let goes and books thrown, but I got him. "Amy are you o-" she was gone, she wasn't laying on the floor she wasn't in the room. She was gone. I heard that screechy maniacal laugh again, the same one I heard when I was in the bedroom. They have her. So many thoughts rushing through my head, Why would they want her? What are they doing to her? Who exactly took her? "Ugh!" I kicked a pile of the books, "I couldn't protect her.."
I buried my face in my knees in the thought of never seeing her again. "It's all my fault, I wasn't paying attention" I could feel the tears trying to escape my eyes. I wouldn't let them. No, I am going to see her again, I am going to hold her in my arms, I will find her. I leaned against the wall and let myself slide down, realizing I had no clue to where she was. All the hope drained from me, as a I lay there totally helpless. I moped around trying to rack my brain for answers, nothing! That laugh? What was that laugh? I began to look at these books, wondering why these books would be here. What felt like forever I finally knew way more about this than I did before. I'm coming for you Amy.
Amy's P.O.V
......................
I could feel my body being lifted up, I thought it was Mark. I heard that maniacal laughter again, this time closer. I wanted to open my eyes but they felt so heavy. Help me Mark. Then everything went black. I was in total darkness, where am I? I tried to open my eyes, but I failed. In fact, I couldn't feel anything! I began to panic, all I had were my thoughts. I couldn't see, feel, smell, hear or taste anything. I couldn't even feel my body. But wait. I could hear something, something faint. Just ghost noises. It felt like it was one powerful ghost, ordering around a bunch of little ghosts. Mark, please save me.
Yes, it was short. Awesome cliffhanger though, right? I wanted it to end that way so you can dwell in the mysteries of the story. Dwell in the mysteries? Anyways, T.T.F.N ta ta for now! ;)
