Mark's P.O.V

Oh my gosh. These books I was reading said a whole lot about these ghosts. Most of those books were journals, the rest were actual books. Apparently the person who wrote these books knows about these ghosts, he even named them! The one ghost I was worried about though was- "What the? Hey!" I was wondering around the mansion when I got caught up in a web. "Where the heck did all this webbing come from?" I began to look around when I noticed the whole place was covered in webs now! "I better find Amy and clear up theses webs, Fast" I decided that I couldn't move around these webs, after a while of searching and walking, and starting to clear up these webs. Some of the webs i cleared out with fire, the ones that were to strong and big for me to suck up with the poltergust 3000. Many times I would accidentally say something to Amy, but she wasn't there. (Y'know those times when someones gone and you laugh at something and go to tell them don't see them and remember there not there)<--- Done that.

I let out a deep and long sigh. I can't believe I let them take her. I took a web ball and lit it on fire and burnt it with the last web I saw. "That seems to be all of them.." I saw a string hanging from the ceiling. "Or, not?" i pulled it down and a ladder fell down. "Why not" I climbed up the ladder. It was an attic, "I didn't know this mansion had an-" I stopped in my tracks. What i saw shocked and terrified me. It wasn't much as the ghosts as it was what they were carrying. They spotted me and dropped the painting they were carrying. They were what you'd think a ghost would look like, they were white and round with stubby little arms and a tail. They had maliciously looking faces. I was frozen in place from shock. That was overfilled with determination. I have to get to the other side. I balance myself on a thin board leading to the other side and jumped over. I walked around, down, and over another narrow pathway. I finally made it to the other side. My determination was filled with sadness, and confusion. It was Amy. It was a painting, it looked exactly like Amy. She was afraid and sad with turns down her eye's.

Mark, please Mark. I want to see you again, please rescue me. I feel helpless not being able to do anything, I want to get out of here but I'm trapped. Trapped within my mind. All of the sudden I started to feel my body, my senses were starting to come back to me. Touch, smell, hearing, and I could taste the fresh air. I breathed in heavily gasping for air, i still had my eyes shut. My eyes were wet with tears, I was getting used to feeling my body again, I was on my hands and knees. Then I felt someone wrap there arms around me, hugging me tightly. That feeling I longed to have again. I hugged him back as I replaced the dry tears with fresh new wet ones. "I can't believe your back" he said through sobbing, "Mark..." I placed my hands on his shoulders and looked him in the eyes. "Please don't leave me again" He entwined his hands in mine, "I promise" he grabbed me in a hug once more. We got up and wiped our tears and I fixed myself. (Her hair and clothes were a mess)

"How did you get in there?" I looked at the now blank picture frame. "What?" "You were in that picture, I had to use the dark-light device to get you out" I looked at him, I was in there? "I-i... don't know" I looked sadly at the ground. "I was unconscious, and when I was partly awake I was being carried away by ghosts. Next thing I know I'm here, crying with you" He looked at me worried, "Are you okay now?" I nodded my head, "All I had were my thoughts, I couldn't feel anything. It was like I was just a voice, but no one could hear me.." tears began to well up in my eyes. He came over to me and wiped the tears away while keeping his hand on my cheek, "Don't cry, I'm here for you now. I will never let you out of my site" I smiled a little. "Great, now how do we get out of here?" I quickly said changing the mood. "This way, come on" we made it out of, what Mark told me was, the attic. "I didn't know this place had an attic" "That's what I said!" He chuckled. "Gosh, I missed you" I say and lay my head on his shoulder.

Mark's P.O.V

She laid her head on my shoulder. Just then the whole mansion shook, "Whoa" she looked at me. "Sounded like it was coming from under the house" she said while I was leading us back to the stairs. "There is a basement" "How'd you know that" I opened the door room just upstairs behind the fish tank. "I um, had a lot of time to think, and I noticed it the first time we went through here" "Oh, this elevator" She went up to it and opened it up. "Ladies first" I gesture my hands towards the door. "Oh, then you should go first Mark" she giggled. I love her being back. We walked in the elevator and she pushes the button marked 'Down'. The elevator stopped, "Um, what happened?" I pushed the button again multiple times. Then the elevator jolted, and fell rapidly down the rest of the way. "Ah!" we both screamed as it fell. The elevator landed with a thud and us tumbling out. "Ouch" I said while rubbing my arm.

"Are you okay?" she crouched beside me. "Yeah, fine" I began to get up and clenched my arm again. "You don't look good" "It hurts" I took of the poltergust 3000 to relieve some pain. "Looks like your the helpless one now, I can take this" she picked up the poltergust 3000 and put it on. "Oh man" she laughed, "Don't worry Mark, I can handle this" she patted the poltergust 3000. She started to make her way down the stairs that the elevator was in front of. I followed her and mumbled, "That's not what I'm worried about" We made it to the bottom, it was long. She rushed to the end while I stayed in the back, "What the heck is this?" she picked up a little cotton ball that was attached to the web. Another spider web, where are all these webs coming from? Just then a huge spider that was purple and had a red abdomen, came out of nowhere and stomped it front legs that almost hit Amy. It hissed at her then went up against the wall. "Amy!" I ran over to where she was. "What the heck is that?!" She backed up from the spider. "This is what I was worried about."

Yahoo! Cliffhanger! I couldn't keep them apart from each other, it would've been boring in just Mark's P.O.V. Anyways, the next chapter may be the last chapter. I'm so excited, I hope you are too. It's been great to right this book, and I hope you had fun reading as I did writing.

T.T.F.N ta ta for now! ;)
