Chapter 9: Unconscious

"Dark Belle. You seek revenge on the person who stole the heart of the person you had set your eyes on. In exchange, though, you have to bring me their miraculouses. Ladybug's earrings and Cat Noir's ring!' Hawkmoth exclaimed.

"As you wish, my master." Chloe replied, before she was transformed.

Everyone heading outside screamed and ran out of her way. Boys stared at her, dreamily.

She went into the library, and spotted Adrien, who had heard the commotion, and had come to check on her. "Oh, Adrien, darling. I've come back for you!!!"

Marinette made her way to the computer room, at the back of the library, like Adrien had instructed her to.

Tikki flew out of Marinette's purse. "Just say the phrase, Mari!"

"Tikki, Spots On! HA!"

Ladybug ran to Adrien at full speed.

"Glad to see my Lady by my side again. Can you take care of Ms Akuma whilst I do something?" Adrien asked.

Cat Noir arrived, and the super duo fought Belle, getting her tangled in LB's yoyo. The akuma was in the make-up compact that she had been holding.

"Time to de-evilise!" Ladybug called, whipping out the yoyo. "Gotcha! Bye, bye, little butterfly! MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!!"

"Pound it!" Cat Noir and Ladybug said together.

Chloe groaned and looked up. "Where am I? HUH? LADYBUG!! Come here! I need a photo!"

"I am sorry Ms Bourgeois, but I have to go! Plus, I am not a fan of photos!" Ladybug said in a hurry, before running off to the restroom.

Cat Noir de-transformed in the library as the bell went.

"Phew!" Adrien exclaimed to his kwami.

He raced up the stairs into class, and sat beside Nino.

Chloe came up, and stood at the head of steps.

Marinette ran up with Alya. As the two tried to avoid Chloe and get through the door, Chloe jerked Marinette back towards her.

"Listen up, Marinette Dupain Cheng! This is for stealing my Adrien!" she gave Marinette a shove.

Marinette stepped back, just as Sabrina stuck her foot out. She fell over and bumped down the stairs, hitting her head hard, at the bottom.

Adrien stood up, as Marinette screamed. He looked at Chloe. She looked petrified.

"Adrien! HELP!!" Alya cried.

Marinette lay on the floor, breathing raggedly. Her forehead had a massive bruise and she was holding her arm gently, wincing. She looked up at her friends. "My body aches..." she trailed off.
