Over time Lydia got closer to Kilian. They started talking to each other helping each other with work. Turned out that Kilian was the complete package. He had the looks and he was smart. After a while Scott let his defenses fall, but Stiles still didn't like him. He still gave a vibe that was off. Lydia being Lydia chose to ignore it. He was the first guy in a long time that  she honestly like. All her other Ex's had hurt her in many different ways. Each way was different. Eventually Lydia and Killian stated going out. Killian had asked her to be his girlfriend in the most sweetest way imaginable. As was mentioned before Stiles was still not convinced that there was not something off. At first their relationship was amazing. After a while it got more rough and eventually Lydia felt as if she couldn't stand it. She was strong so that's how she had gotten so far. Every time Lydia tried t leave he found  a way of making her stay. He would always threaten her that if she didn't shut up, he's make sure that they locked her in Eichen house again or he'd threaten to tell everyone what her friends where. That's where he help Lydia. She didn't want anything to happen to her friends. She had already lost Alison. She wasn't sure if she could survive losing another friend.

Every day Kilian got more and more abusive. At first it started with pulling and yelling. She thought that it was normal, that it was her fault. But then it got worse, he started hitting her and leaving marks. She would always cover it with make up. He'd be fine in the morning but later when school was out he would be mad and take everything out on her. She once tried telling Scott, but Kilian happened to be around and acted all loving to her. When he gave her a ride home he slapped her and told her to never do that again. After that she stopped trying to ask for help. Every time Scott or Stiles would ask about her relationship she'd act normal. She wasn't sure if she could take it anymore. She was starting to break, but she couldn't she had told herself a long time ago that no one wold break her. At this time she wasn't sure if that was the truth any more.
