Natsu, Lucy, and the rest of the band were back at the recording studio to finish their latest album.
"I don't get why you switched the times from ten to seven" a very grouchy Gajeel mumbled. He and Levy went to a club afterwards and didn't get home till two in the morning. Who wouldn't be grumpy if they only got five hours of sleep.
"Because knowing you, you would have slept till noon either way" Erza retorted. She was sitting on the couch enjoying her fifth slice of cake. Lucy and Natsu had just arrived and Gray was still traumatized from being attacked by paparazzi. Juvia and Lucy were watching the video she had taken when he was being mauled by the paparazzi.
"Did they seriously try and rip his hair out" Lucy laughed. The two girls had been watching the video for a good twenty minutes and it was still funny.
"Yeah and I think the succeeded" Juvia told her. Lucy just laughed even harder, grabbing her aching side. Natsu had also started laughing at the raven haired man.
"This is why you don't take my chips. I could have warned you that they were out there" Natsu said once he calmed down from laughing. Gray snapped out of his traumatized state and glared at the Pink haired man.
" You mean you could have stopped me from almost dying?!" Gray yelled. Natsu began laughing again and fell off the couch. He was rolling around the studio.
"Yeah I could have stopped you from almost dying but what's the fun in that" Natsu laughed. Gray lunged at the laughing Natsu. Natsu and Gray began their daily morning fight. Gajeel eventually got dragged into the fight when he got hit in the face by a bottle of Tobacco sauce and pants full of ice.
"WILL YOU ASSHOLES STOP FIGHTING BEFORE YOU KNOCK OVER MY CA-" before Erza could finish an iron pipe had flown into her cake. Erza stood there terrified that her cake had been ruined. Lucy, Juvia, Levy, and Jellal all took a step back and hoped the three idiots survived the she-demon known as Erza.
"You made me drop my last piece of cake" a dark aura surrounded the scarlet haired dem-I mean girl. Gajeel, Gray, and Natsu all froze when the felt the sudden change of atmosphere. All of them slowly turned their head and got faces full of random objects.
"You must all perish under my hand!" Erza exclaimed. Natsu got hit with a potted plant and a chair, Gray got hit with the sofa and a table, and poor, poor Gajeel got hit with his own drums. The three stooges got knocked out on the spot. You could practically see their souls coming out.
"Your lucky I went easy on you. Now get up we need to record Lucy's song" she commanded. They groaned and got up. The band went to their instruments. Lucy didn't grab her guitar she went to the microphone, Natsu went to his acoustics guitar, and Jellal sat this one out with Gray.
"Okay time for your new song Darlin" Erza said through the speaker. Natsu began strumming the guitar and Lucy started to sing.

The music faded and Gray and Jellal were clapping with their girlfriends.
"Beautiful Lu-chan" Levy complimented. Gray shot her a thumbs up and Jellal patted her back.
"That completes the last song for this album" a voice said from the doorway. The band turned to see Lucy's parents standing in the doorway.
"Did you really like it?" Lucy asked with a smile.
"Of course we liked it" Layla said. Jude smiled and nodded. "So we have some great news for you" Jude said.
" What is it" Lucy and Natsu asked at the same time.
"Battle of the bands is coming up and you have some tough competition this year" Layla said. the band broke out into cheers.
"Were all fired up!"
