You can download fonts from different sites. For example: Dafont- http://www.dafont.com/ 1001 Fonts- http://www.1001fonts.com/
The file you downloaded will appear as .zip

Click that ZIP and extract it using a zip viewer. [Things may appear differently based on the model of your cellphone, but the process will be the same, you can download RAR on Google play too]

After extracting, go to your file manager>Internal Storage>Downloads and find the folder of your font.

Open that folder and you'll see a TTF file.

Copy the TTF file.
