3 Months Later

Draya POV

"And we're back with Miss Draya Michele herself. So Draya were you nervous to come on here?" Wendy asked me. I went by Draya Michele as I modeled. Mainly because I loved my middle name and Andraya Howard didn't quite strike a sexy model to me.

"Yes. I still am nervous and I've been on here since before the commercial break." She laughed.

"But you are looking nice in the camera, can we show the people one of your pics."

I placed my face in my hand, shaking my head

I placed my face in my hand, shaking my head.

"You are a natural beauty."

"Thank you. I never knew I'll be up on someone screen somewhere." I smiled at myself.

"So, before the break, I kind of hinted something about there maybe being a Mr. Michele?" I laughed at her.

"There's none yet."

"Yet?" She questioned.

"Yep. Yet." She and the crowd did a hmm sound and I laughed.

"I guess that means there's a candidate." I nodded.

"Yes, but we're taking things slow. And now that I'm modeling, I want to be cautious you know?" She nodded.

"Well there you go. Draya Michele is not on the market." I laughed.

"It looks like we're out of time so I gotta say bye. But we'll be back next week on the Wendy Williams show. How you doiiin?" A few moments later, we were cleared.

"It was nice meeting you Draya." I shook her hand.

"Likewise."

"How was the interview?" Quince asked me.

"It went great. I was nervous as hell tho." He chuckled .

"I'm pretty sure you were fine." He placed his hand on my thigh as he drove to Jessica's.

"Yeah.. Maybe." I smiled at his hand and he looked over at me.

"Maybe what? She ain't pie you did she?" I laughed.

"No. It was nice." He nodded.

"When does it air?" He asked.

"Um. I believe in a couple of weeks."

"Ight. Ima be watching it." I laughed.

"You watch the Wendy Williams show?" I asked.

"Naw. But I wanna see you on the screen." I rolled my eyes.

"You're weird." He laughed.

"Just a little."

Orlando POV

"Hey O." I nodded to Draya and kept it moving.

"Wait. I wanted to talk to you." She grabbed my arm. I stopped walking and turned around.

"I wanted to give you back this. I don't need it anymore." She went through her wallet to give me my black card.

"No you keep it." I refused to take it and walked away.

"Orlando." She sighed.

"Draya it's cool. Keep it for a just in case factor."

"I'm sorry I started this okay?" I once again stopped and faced her.

"Started what?" I asked.

"The distance between us. It's been a long time since the two of us just kicked it." She says.

"I wasn't yo fault. I crossed over that line with you and I apologize for it." She nodded.

"Apology accepted." I smirked a little.

"I heard you're doing good with the modeling shit." She smiled brightly.

"Yeah. It's really fun, besides half of my ass being out when it comes to those bikinis." I chuckled.

"That's what people like to see." She shrugged.

"What are you about to do?" She asked.

"Going out with Monia." Her face fell a little.

"Oh okay."

"What?" I questioned.

"Nothing. Nothing at all. Have fun." She shot me a smile.

"Andrew why you gotta spit up?" I chuckled, hearing her go upstairs.

-

"Baby do you love me?" I almost choked on my food when I heard that.

"I take that as a no." She rolled her eyes.

"I'm sorry, it's just a lil too early to be talking bout love no?" I wiped my mouth and drunk some of my root beer.

"Not really." She shrugged.

"Well it is for me." I told her.

"But we've been together for what, 8 months now." She says.

"I know, but shit." She just sat there staring at me while I ate.

"What Nia damn?" I groaned, putting my burger down.

"Nothing Orlando. Forget I brought this up." She sighed, picking up her fork.

"I'm sorry if I don't feel the same way about you that you feel about me." I reached over and grabbed her hand.

"Orlando just forget it." I shook my head then went to her side of the booth.

"Give me a kiss and I'll leave it alone." She giggled, moving away. "Come'on gul." I turned her head and she gave me a side look before kissing me.

"That's what I thought." I pecked her lips before going back to my side.

"I don't like you." She rolled her eyes, blushing.

"Blah blah." She giggled when I stuck my tongue out.
