Maya: My Chicago Journal

Day 15

I wake up in the arms of Lucas. This time I can't escape. I'm also too weak inside to move.

When he wakes up he already gets what he wants from me. I lie in bed while he gets up to take a shower.

I hear my phone ring. It's Mari, so I decided to answer it.

We talk for awhile until Lucas comes back, then I hang up. I finally get out of bed but he pulls me back in.

"What do you want?" I complain to Lucas

"I want you to be with me." He replies in a deep voice

"Well this doesn't feel right." I say to him as I get up and grab my bag

I rush out of the room before Lucas can say anything. Since i have all my stuff, I'm gonna ask Mari if I can stay at her place for a couple days. I pick up the phone and dial her number.

I ask Mari and she says it's fine with her. I rent a bike and go to her house. When I get there I knock on the door.

"Hey, cmon in." Mari answers as she lets me in

I get settled in her room as she lets me use her couch. Since I need to go back to Chicago, I text Riley.

M- hey
R- hey, what happened? Where r u?
M- Lucas snuck us to Paris France just to get alone time with me. It's terrible
R- y didn't u tell me this
M- I don't know. This all happened so fast
R- ok. I'll get u a plane ticket to go back home
M- kk bye
R- bye

Now that that's over with, I check the time. It's 5:00pm. I go get dinner with Mari and Adrien until it's gets really late. Then I go back to Mari's place and crash there.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll go home🙂
