Project Seize The Love was created because of the startling amount of toxic relationships found on Wattpad.
You've probably noticed them, seen one of them pop up on your screen from time to time or maybe you've even read it: a story where the two characters in love are in a very bad relationship.
Whether it be a victim falling for his/her rapist/ kidnapper or just a really abusive (physically or emotionally) relationship, this is NOT love. Or at least not the healthy kind.
We are dedicated to spreading awareness to young readers who might mistake this for "true love" and making sure that they know the difference between a good relationship and one that they shouldn't stick with.
To help our cause, you can write a story (or put the sticker and tag on an existing story) about a healthy relationship (i.e. one that isn't abusive, if you have questions, feel free to ask). It will be added to our reading list and you'll get to share it and spread awareness.
