I stared at the now empty hallway.
I don't wanna see what's on the other side anymore.
I shoved my sword back in my pack when I heard something clink. I opened up my pack to reveal... A skateboard. Ah, the memories.
I don't feel like boarding even if the smooth floors would be the perfect skater rink.
I placed it back in my bag.
I felt a tingling feeling. I hated it when Lacer messed with my head. Well... Lacer if you're reading this then you'd better back off or you're the idiot that's gonna get the stitches next.
I glanced at the doorway once more. I'm going back for all I care. This sucks.
I walked down the hallway in the oppositwe direction. I glanced at my hand... Yup... The bandages came clean off.
I stared at the stitches in pity. I don't know why I get so much attention from this guy no matter how much I don't want it.
And definitely don't need it.
The black halls definitely matched my mood. I felt cruel and heartless for some reason... I wanted... Real bloodshed.
I clenched my fist.
I had to control my urge still. It was as if something shadowed upon my soul. Turning it cold and dark.
I left the cold metallic room. Something new seemed to abide in my soul. It wasn't really cold but I shivered.
I gritted my teeth. Nothing could really make me feel better at this rate.
***
"Lacer's..."
I stared at his house. Naw... Best if I didn't show up. At all.
I smirked. For some reason, I felt that friends were somehow overrated.
The waterworks would give me more time to think... But Snoeshore could help me forget a lot and remember a lot...
That's it. I don't care about those guys anymore. I'll hit it off alone.
***
I slurped my ice cream heartily watching the waves pull across the tide.
This... Is the life. I stared at the bright sun. Snoeshore is the best place for a vacation.
I sat up from the bench and dusted my jeans. I grabbed my board out of my backpack and placed it on the boardwalk.
I brought my foot down and skid it.
I was rushing down the pathway.
"Heather!!!!"
I lost my footing and fell in the sea. Salty water entered my lungs. I choked on it too. I pushed my way upwards and grabbed my board floating on the waves.
My bag was on the boardwalk and I clambered my way up on top. I panted and let our a good scream.
"@@#&@&@%#%@&@%&@#%@#&@???!!! What the fresh heck was that???!!!"
I was soaking wet and so were my things. Great, I'll definitely catch a cold. I'll have to put on my coat again.
"Whoever you are leave me alone!!!" I grabbed my pack and shoved my board inside of it.
I walked away and put my coat on. I didn't want anyone following me or anythin.
"Heather!!! Oh, come on be reasonable!!!" He shouted.
