Chapter 9
"I'm going to find out what happened to my twin sister." Said Adrien banging on a desk
"She could be anywhere. You couldn't possibly know where to look." Said Plagg
"No, but I do know where she was. In her diary it did say she was in a foster home." Said Adrien
"But there are millions of foster homes in Paris. How are you going to find the right one?" Plagg asked
"Easy, my mom is smart enough to put her in a foster home close by this house. Well start there and make our way through the city." Said Adrien
"Adrien, sometimes i forget how smart you are." Said Plagg
"I know." Said Adrien
Adrien sneaked out of the house passing by Nathalie checking his homework
"Let's go." Said Adrien
Plagg Claws out!
Adrien transformed into Cat Noir and ran on top of the mansion's roof
Cat Noir soon spotted the nearest foster home and jumped off the roof and detransformed
"Well.. This is it." Said Adrien opening the door
The foster home looked nice on the outside, but damaged in the inside.
Some of the floors were scraped off. The lights blinked on and off, and there were only a few kids, but looked very depressed.
As soon as Adrien wanted to step over the cage a lady with gray hair, green eyes, and a purple flight attendant out fit quickly grabbed him by the collar
"Excuse me sir, how may I help you?" She asked furiously
"Oh um sorry. My name is Adrien Agreste, and I'm looking for my twin sister." Said Adrien looking nervous
"Adrien.. Agreste.." The old lady had a flash back of her holding Adrien as an infant in a baby shower
The old lady quickly hugged Adrien
"Oh, I missed you so much." Said the old lady
"Excuse me?" Adrien asked
"Oh sorry, it's been a long time since you've seen me. I'm your Aunt Lidea." Said Ms Lidea
Adrien shook his head
"Wait what?" Adrien asked
"I'm your mother's aunt, but I guess I'm yours too.Oh Adrien the last time I saw you, you were an infant." Said Ms Lidea grabbing his cheeks
Adrien moved her hand
"As much as I love this family reunion. I have bigger problems. You see, my mom had another child-"
"Another child?? Oh no, no, no, no, you were her only child. Weren't you?" Ms Lidea asked
"No, according to her diary. She wrote that I was the eldest of my twin sister." Said Adrien pulling the book out of his bag
Lidea scratched her head
"Well, if your looking for your long lost sister why are you here?" Lidea asked
"Turns out she grew up in a foster home, and I was wondering if I could talk to a few of your girls." Said Adrien
"Well good luck talking to them. Our girls have been here for the past five years and are extremely depressed." Said Lidea walking to her desk
Adrien shrugged off and walked over the cage
"Hello..?" Adrien asked walking slowly to the play center
"Oh look girls we have guest!" Exclaimed a girl with red hair, a white shirt with a heart logo on it, and a pink tutu that looked to tight for her
"Finally.. Did my mom come to her senses and come pick me up.." Said a teenage girl the looked like she was sixteen
"No, it's just some really cute boy!" Exclaimed a short girl with brown pigtails. She slightly had a resemblance of Manon
"Um, may I please talk to you girls?" Adrien asked looking at the three of them
The three girls blinked quickly smiling
"Um, is this all of you?" Adrien asked looking at them
"No, we have another girl her names Patricia. She's always sitting by herself ever since her friend left." Said the girl with pigtails
"I'll get her.. PATRICIA!!" Screamed the girl with red hair
A blonde girl with blue eyes and long baggy pants came out of her room
"You guys must love calling my name." Said Patricia wiping her saggy eyes
Patricia sat next to the red haired girl
"What's up?" Patricia asked
Adrien eyes lit up
Adrien shook his head
He pulled out a picture of his mom
"Does anyone know who this is?" Adrien asked
The girls shrugged
"Ooh she's pretty!" Exclaimed the girl with pigtails
Adrien looked disappointed
"Do you know who this is?" Adrien asked looking at Patricia
Patricia looked at the picture closely
She soon saw the resemblance between the lady in the picture and Videa
Patricia stared at the picture for a while
"Uh, is she okay?" Adrien asked
"She does that a lot." Said the teenage girl
"Get out." Said Patricia
"What?" Adrien asked
"Get out!" Patricia exclaimed
"I just want to find my twin sister!" Adrien exclaimed almost crying
"GET THE HELL OUT! I'M NOT REPEATING MYSELF!" Exclaimed Patricia yelling at Adrien
Adrien put his head down and left the room
"Um, Patricia what's the deal? He was just asking us a question." Said the red haired girl
"Just leave me alone." Said Patricia walking out of the play room

Adrien walked back to his house
"So, how did it go?" Plagg asked
"Didn't you hear her?" Adrien asked
"No, I was asleep sorry." Said Plagg
"Well I'm glad you were. Turns out you were right Plagg I'll never find my twin sister." Said Adrien looking disappointed
"Look, Adrien you might not ever be able to find your twin, but you've got me." Said Plagg smiling
"Hah, thanks for trying making me feel better." Said Adrien smiling
"... But I don't even have a real family." Said Adrien walking into his house

Later in the foster home
"Those Dumb girls didn't even realize that was Videa's mom. I'm the only person she showed that picture to, and they don't even realize how hurt I am once she left, but not anymore I'm sick of this. I'm going to find my best friend and find out why she left me then I'll stab her to death.. Well not literally. I still love her, but I am running away." Said Patricia packing her bags
"But you can't leave. Ms. Lidea will go looking for you. We'll all miss you." Said Jake
"Does it look like she cares? I have been in this dump for five years. It's about time I left." Said Patricia zipping her bag
"Please Patricia don't go." Said Jake
"Nope, I'm going and there's nothing you can do about it." Said Patricia stuffing pillows in her bag
"Goodbye Jake." Said Patricia slightly hugging him
Patricia left the room
"I'll miss you.." Said Jake looking disappointed

Later with Hawk Moth
"Ooh, yes. I can feel so much negative energy, but I only have enough power to affect one person at a time ." Said Hawk smith smiling
"Who said I couldn't affect two at a time. After all Ladybug did forget to trap my akuma." Said Hawk Moth
Hawk Moth did an evil laugh
