I felt a cool breeze brush against my skin, it was freezing. I snuggled closer to Alfie, and looked at the moon right out side the window, it made me feel calm again on the inside.

After I had told Alfie I loved him, I was constantly having second thoughts.

It had felt so sure at the time, but now not so much. What if we broke up, and never spoke to each other again? A shiver ran through my body from just the thought of never talking to Alfie again.

"Zoe, are you cold?" Alfie whispered near my ear, his warm breath caused goosebumps on my skin.

"Yes, could you hand me my clothes please? We should probably go before some one needs to use the toilets."

With a sigh Alfie got of the bathroom counter and picking up my clothes that were tossed in a messy pile on the ground. As he turned around he smirked to himself.

"That's a sight I could get used to." He said cheekily.

I immediately blushed, grabbed the clothes out of his hand and locked myself into a cubicle, secretly smiling to myself.

That's what I loved about Alf, he was soo funny. Sometimes rude, but even then he still managed to make me laugh. How could I even have second thoughts, of course I loved him.

I slipped my dress on, not even attempting to zip up the back, I would let Alfie handle that. Grabbing my pumps, I opened the cubicle door and saw Alfie standing in the mirror with his full suit already on. He was now fumbling with the tie, trying to tie it but failing miserably.

I walked up to his back, wrapping my arms around him and hugging him tightly.

"Turn around, let me tie it." I whispered to him.

Smiling he turned around and I took his tie, tying it perfectly the first time.

"Thankyo-" he was about to say, but I cut him of by jumping up and kissing him softly. As my lips moved with his, I could feel pure love flowing through me. I never wanted it to end, but I pulled away smiling.

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too." I was certain for sure this time. "Now help me zip up my dress."

He smiled, " My pleasure princess."

I stood next to Alfie for the whole party as we went from group to group trying to meet everyone of our friends. Occasionally I would feel his hand grab mine, and I would look over to see him smiling.

As Alfie was talking to Tayna about something, Louise pulled me away to dance with her.

"Zoe where were you the whole party? I was looking for you when Starships came on!" She whined to me.

"I was in the bathroom, wasn't feeling to well." I smiled to myself as I remembered about what really happened.

" Oh so did you find Alfie in there too?" She winked at me.

My eyes widened ,"How did you know?"

" I didn't, but you just confirmed my idea . Marcus told me he saw Alfie go in there too. I just put two and two together." She chuckled.

"Oh." Was all I could reply, mentally slapping myself for bieng so stupid.

" Don't worry your secrets safe with me, but Chummy what are you two?"

What were we? We did say we loved each other, but Alfie never asked me to be his. I looked over at Alfie as he caught my eye, and smiled, I could see him mouth "I love you." to me.

"We are a couple.." I replied confidently.

" Yay! Good for you." She squealed loudly, " next time though, you may want to wait untill after the party, not during the party."

I blushed as she walked away.

Suddenly I felt two hands wrap around my waist.

" Ready to go?" He asked.

"Ofcourse." I said pefectly and happily in love, for the first time in months.
