I'm getting adopted Pt.1

Emily's POV
"I'm telling you Jacob! I don't think dogfish actually exist!" I laughed. "You never know!" He laughed. We walked into my house and I saw my mom crying while she filled out paper work. "Mom are you alright?" I asked. She looked at me then she cried even more. "Honey, we need to talk" she said, Jacob looked at me then he looked at the papers and his eyes got big and watery. Before I could look at the papers my mom asked me to sit down. "Mom what's going on?" I asked in a nervous laughter, "I can't take care of you anymore, I'm not a responsible mother and I'm never home for you! You're always with Jacob while I'm some where else not even caring for you" she said. My eyes got teary. "What are you saying?" I asked. "You're getting adopted" she choked. "Mom! You're kidding!" I cried. "I'm sorry! I just-" I didn't let her finish "NO YOU'RE NOT SORRY ITS WHAT YOU WANT YOU WANTED ME GONE FOR SO LONG! I HATE YOU!" I cried in anger then ran upstairs and cried on my bed.
Jacobs POV
No, this can't be happening! She ran upstairs and I followed her. There she was lying in her bed with tears everywhere. "Go away" she cried. I went into her room anyways. "Emily, It's okay" I said. She looked at me with that evil glare. I could tell she was gonna yell at me so I prepared myself for the worst, after all, she's Mexican. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS OKAY?! IM GETTING ADOPTED BECAUSE I HAVE AN IRRESPONSIBLE MOTHER WHO DOESN'T EVEN CARE FOR ME NOT ONE BIT! AND YOU'RE SAYING ITS OKAY?! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE FOR YOUR FATHER TO BE A WIZARD OF SOME SORT AND LEAVE YOU BEFORE YOU WERE EVEN BORN AND YOU'RE TELLING ME ITS OKAY?!" She cried in anger. She finally calmed down and I gave her a hug. "I'm sorry" she cried. "No I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said anything" I said. Her mom came into her room. "Emily get packed, He's gonna pick you up in 5 hours" she said softly. "LEAVE" she yelled. I could tell all she wanted to do was be with me. "Calm down babe, It's oka- Uh, Just calm down a bit I'll help you pack" I told her.
Emily's POV
We packed my entire room and all that was left was a soft shade of blue room. I went down stairs and my jaws dropped when I saw who's adopting me.
