Prove me innocent

Jacob's POV

Who did I murder? "EMILY!" I yelled she got up and by the time she got up, I was in handcuffs. "JACOB WHAT DID YOU DO!" she yelled. "I DONT KNOW!" I yelled. "PROVE ME INNOCENT!" and by the time I said my last words, I was taken away to a prison cell. "I dont belong here! what did I do!" I yelled hitting the bars. "Murder! You're under arrest for the murder of Kristen Hancher!" "KRISTEN?! I WOULD NEVER MURDER!" I yelled. Then it hit me. "Amanda" I whispered. "Can I get a phone call?" I pleaded. "Only 1! Make it worth it" "Trust me, I will" I sneered. I got uncuffed and I got a phone. "Hello?" "Mark! I need your help! What do you know about Amanda and Kristen?" I asked. "I dont know if I should be telling you, where are you?" "I'm in prison!" I exclaimed. "Fine! Okay! I saw Amanda murder Kristen" "AND YOU TELL ME NOW?!" "She threatened to kill me! To kill Jenny, to kill Elisa, to kill Emily" my heart sank then filled with rage. "I'm going to court, get my lawyer and get everyone of the fabcon and magcon members to come, im gonna prove me innocent" I said. "I'm on it, see you in court" said Mark. "Come on juvenile! its court time" said an officer, they cuffed me again then led me into a big room. My lawyer was ready. "Okay, feed me information" said my lawyer. I fed her information and she told me to be prepared. As I saw Emily and Amanda enter the room Amanda sneered at me. The session started. We were arguing for hours until finally, they called Amanda. "Ms.Pepper, Where were you on the night of Kristen Hancher's death?" asked my lawyer. "I was walking down an alley when I saw poor Kristen getting abused by Jacob" she lied. "OBJECTION!" shot up Mark. "Yes Mr.Thomas?"

Mark's POV

She wont be able to do anything to me, I might as well come clean. "I know who really murdered Kristen Hancher!" I said.  Amanda looked at me. "Mark sit down, You dont know what you're doing" she said in a threatening tone. "No, No, Let him talk" said Jacob's lawyer "Amanda your time is up, let Mark speak" said his lawyer as we exchanged seats Amanda whispered something in my ear. "You're dead" she said passing by me. "Okay Mr.Thomas, Who really did it?" said the lawyer, I looked at Amanda one last time then at Jacob. "Amanda did it" I said. "Oh really? and how do you know?" asked the lawyer. "On a Friday night, Jacob and I heard a scream, it sounded like Kristen, we went to see what was going on and we saw Kristen's lifeless body on the ground, we caught a glimpse of Amanda but now a full one, she left her earring on the ground" I said pulling out an earring. "That's not mine!" said Amanda. "Oh really? Give me your purse" I said she looked at me. "No i dont have to!" she said procrastinating. "Yes you do!" said the judge. With fear Amanda gave me her purse and I found the exact same earring. "I- I can explain" she said nervously. "No need for explanation! Jacob Sartorius is not guilty and Amanda Pepper is arrested for the murder of Kristen Hancher!" said the judge. "NO YOU CANT DO THAT! HOW DO YOU KNOW IF ITS NOT MY EARRING? AND IF I DID COMMIT A MURDER I WOULDVE MADE SURE NO ONE WAS AROUND WHICH CLEARLY NO ONE WAS UNTIL THESE TWO IDIOTS CAME ALONG! I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO HIDE THE BODY!" she yelled. she quickly covered her mouth. "Amanda you're proven guilty! Mr. Sartorius you are free to go!" Jacob was uncuffed and they cuffed Amanda taking her away. Brandon was shocked.

Emily's POV

My own bestfriend murdered a fabcon member! I ran over to Mark and gave him a hug. "Thank you" I say. "You're welcome" he says. "Okay gurl, I love you but back off my boyfriend" laughed Jennifer. Elisa and I laughed. I ran over to Jacob. "I love you" he says. "I love you too" I said. We were released from court. "Cameron!" I say giving him a hug. "What happened in there?" said Cameron swinging his keys. "Amanda murdered Kristen" I say his eyes got wide. "Thats sad, Kristen was kinda hot" he says laughing. I punched him. "Emily I'm sleeping over at your house" said Jacob. "Okay sure" I said. We went to my house and we ran upstairs only to find an unexpected surprise.
