Calum was lost. Utterly and hopelessly lost. The directions that were given to him from Mali were awful. Calum began to lose hope of ever finding the coffee shop that held his sister and the revolting cup of coffee that waited for him until he remembered that he was walking on a crowded street in Los Angeles. Someone had to know where this damn coffee shop was. He stopped walking in the middle of the sidewalk to hopefully find someone who wasn't dressed up as some superhero or looked as if they had just done the walk of shame. He again lost hope as these were the only people he saw.

He was about to give up and just call Mali to tell her he was giving up. But then he realized he could call Mali. He then dialed the number he had remembered his whole life, for reasons he didn't like to think about, and was soon on the phone letting go of his pride and asking his big sister for help.

In the time that Calum had gotten lost in the crowded streets of LA, Arabella had quickly made it back to her house from the not so adventurous donut shop adventure with the cute boy Calum and had already gotten very high with her partner in crime and Michael Clifford. Poking holes in donuts to smoke weed out of them wasn't something many people did in their pass time. But they were three people who liked drugs very much. In fact, two of them kind of made a living off of it. Of course this was when they weren't working at the small coffee shop that was mostly isolated from tourists and weirdos in LA. It was not a tourist/weirdo destination (minus the two drug dealers who worked there) and that's why they liked it. They knew almost all the people the went there, which wasn't many but they still knew them. Sometimes they even got a deal out of a customer, which is how they met Michael.  Arabella and Michael had a few things in common. They liked drugs, they liked hair dye, and they both liked to make mistakes. Mostly together.

Michael did have a thing for Arabella, he wouldn't deny it. And Arabella wouldn't deny that Michael was attractive as hell. Of course, when the third wheel left two people who like to get high and make mistakes, this is exactly what happened.

They made mistakes. From the couch to the bed in Arabella's room. They made mistakes, one after another. They were enjoyable mistakes. Only, they were mistakes to only one of them.
