Never before has Hinata felt such a strange pattern of attraction like the one he was currently experiencing. He'd gone from a simple crush to total disgust, and then made a full 180 back into loving the person in front of him again. All in little less than a day. The look on his face, however, is enough to send his guest into a panic. That's when it registers in Tsukishima's head that he probably shouldn't have told the orange haired shrimp. He'd had enough to deal with that day, anyway, not counting the current situation.

"Hhhaaahh... I'm sure it was no one..." Shouyou looks up at Kei, a blank expression prominent on his face as he darkly tries to laugh off the truth. With no reason to try and hide the truth anymore, the latter looks down at the former from where he stands. The baggy dinosaur sweater he had thrown on after school now hides the clenching fists behind soft wool. "Oh, who am I kidding. Whoever that was, they probably have enough to expose us all."

It's a strange pattern of personality swapping for the both of them. "Don't say that." Tsukishima retorts a little too quickly, and his face turns red as he realizes. "All I mean is that you ought to have a little more positivity, is all... I see it in you all the time when you skip down the halls singing songs about the toilet." The blonde also realizes that he has offered the orange head in front of him some extremely self-incriminating words. Oops.

"Oh..." Hinata is able to respond in a collected manner, however, what he truly wants in that moment is to curl up into a ball and squeal. One mortal that he'd come to have feelings for actually seemed to be the first one to feel something. In any case, it's a well-timed distraction for the both of them. "Well, at the very least, I didn't move like my friends from the Civil War told me to.. heh..." He adds in an attempt to break tension.

The word 'move' spurs Tsukishima's thought processes. An extremely weak grin forms on his face. "You don't absolutely have to stay the whole school year, do you? I mean, if you really are what you say, then all the things we learn are useless to you. You've lived through all of Domestic History, and doing so would have most likely helped you learn English." Kei pauses to breathe. "And don't even get me started on career counseling at the end of the year."

"I guess I really don't have to stay, do I?" Hinata laughs, a laugh bright enough to match the Sun that he represents. It lightens up the mood, helping the both of them temporarily forget about what happened not moments before.

Tsukishima smiles, and lets out what he'd thought of. "I have a couple friends myself, who are the same as you. They're like you, you know what I mean?" He chooses his words carefully so as not to alert more people as to the truth of the long believed myth. Shouyou nods. "They live up near Mt. Fuji, in one of the forests. I can give them a call, and ask if they have room for another... representative, I guess."

The brown eyes of the Sun being cloud over, true feelings hidden behind a layer of certain unease. He bites his lip. "How is it that you're so deep in this world?" The question pops out of his lips before he can filter himself. "I mean, you have two friends, maybe even more, that are just like me. And now somehow our paths have crossed. At this point, where I know you have connections, I can't just believe that this is what you mortals call destiny."

"Ah, about that... It's really just luck."  Kei forces a weak grin as he lies, pulling out his phone to punch in  his friends' numbers.
