"Ready?" Logan asks and I nod as I slowly put on the sweatshirt that Bryce gave me. I've been in the hospital almost a week and a half, apparently I wasn't strong enough because the chemo was dragging me down.

I run my hand through my hair and sigh. "Fuck," I mumble to myself as some of my hair comes out into my hand. "Logan did you bring that beanie?"

"Oh, yeah. Sorry I forgot." He pulls my grey beanie with the Pearl Jam patch out of his front sweatshirt pocket. I smile and put it on my head. I look at Bryce and Logan and nod so they know I'm ready to go. We walk down to the main entrance of the hospital and he signs me out.

I grab Bryce's hand and walk to the car with him. I start to get very lightheaded and I lean into him. Without thinking, Bryce swiftly picks me up and carries me the rest of the way to the car. We get into Bryce's cheap, old, black Nissan and he puts me in the back.

The boys hop into the car and start driving to the house. It's not more than a few minutes and we pull into the driveway.

"You got it?" Bryce asks me.

I nod and slowly get out of the backseat and walk to the house. I have to use all the strength in my body to get up front steps.

"Do you nee--" I cut Logan off.

"I'm fine." I get up the steps and walk inside.

Katie immediately runs up to me and hugs my legs. "Hi, baby girl."I smile and she runs to go get something. Bryce walks up behind me and scoops me up like a bride with ease. He carries me up to my bedroom and sets me on my neatly made bed.

"Want me to light an incense?"I nod as he lights one and the air fills with the smell of Rose. It feels nice to be home and in my own bed and under my own covers, surrounded by the posters on the wall.

"You okay?" Bryce looks at me worriedly and I nod.

"Just tired." I check the clock and it reads 5:13 pm.

Bryce walks over to me and pulls the covers over me. "Get some rest." I nod and take my beanie off and plug my phone into the charger. Bryce shuts off my light and shuts the door, not all the way but so there's a crack to let the hallway light in.

I wake up and see that the clock reads 4:02 pm. Damn, I really slept good. I slightly sit up and see some hair that shed on my pillow. Groaning, I get up and grab my phone.

"Mom!" I yell. I hear her feet hitting the stairs and she walks into my room.

"Yes?" I point at my pillow and she sighs while walking over and grabbing it so she can wash it.

She walks out of my room and I walk out of my room and downstairs. I don't feel so weak, which glad because I hate asking for help. I walk into my parents room and see my dad watching TV while lying on his bed.

"Hey honey, what you need?" I wave at him with my awkwardly long sweatshirt sleeves.

"Do you have like, clippers? Like a shaver?" I ask.

"Yeah, they're in the third drawer down." He knows what I am doing, so he doesn't question it. I grab the clippers and walk back upstairs.

On my way up the stairs Terren stops me and asks, "What are you doing?" I show him the clippers and he nods.

"Hey, do you want to text Mikey and ask them to come over?" Terren smiles and nods. I smile back at him and walk into my bedroom. I plug my phone into the docking station and turn on some music, Scars by Papa Roach comes on and I quietly start singing along as I plug in the clippers to the wall in my bathroom.
