An OC I drew in History class, you know me. For _c3600_ s drawing contest! The weapon in this picture is the necklace which has the particular name of 'fire starter'. As you may observe in the drawing the character is controlling fire, the tattoos on the arms are runes that light up when a person uses this weapon. When they glow red that is how you know it's working. The OC which I have named Ashes stole this from a government facility and is using it to start fires hence the name 'fire starter'.
