Chapter 2: Long Roads and Back Stories

Auroras POV:

*Beep**Beep**Beep**Buzz**Buzz**Buzz*

" I love you my darling"

"Where's the blue square?"

Noise noise and more noise is all I hear in this car. I put my earphone in and play Formation by my Queen before answering my friends back. As of now i'm in a group chat with my main baes Melanie, Bella Faith, and Adam.

*Texting*

Melanie: How far away are you??

Me: About 8 hours I think

Adam: Ugh that's too long I'm getting lonely (wink)

Bella: Get a room

Me: Who you and tyler??

Bella: No you and Matthew

Melanie: ...

Adam: ...

Me: Om.. ok well how were your weeks

Bella: ... Sorry guys

Adam: Sorry about what? Nothing happened

Melanie: yup nothing

*Texting ended*

I love my friends they may seem crazy but they are the best people ever. Oh and i guess you guys are wondering about Matthew? Who is he? What just happened? Well..

*Flashback*

" Rory bear come on" 

" I'm coming Matt" Matthew and I walked down the white line hand in hand. He wouldn't let me go down the aisle alone. 

As soon as we got to the end he took his position as bella read vows. " Dearly beloved we came here to see my Rory and Matt get married forever and ever" I looked down at my dad's white shirt that was super huge on my 5 year old body. I look over at a smiling Matt. 

" Do you matt take Rory forever and promise to help her when she has a cold and needs a hug and is sad and to never hurt her?"

 "Yes" 

" No say i do"

 "I do care to be with my Rory forever" He looked at me with so much care. Smiling back at him I listened as Bella reread the vows. As she finished I looked at him hesitantly I mean i'm only 5 and he's only 6. I've known him forever now but forever and ever is a long time.

 Finally I say I do and we exchange ring pops. I give him a blue and he gives me a red my favorite. 

" You may now kiss the bride" Kiss? Matt being about 5 inches taller than me looked down and puckered his lips. I puckered mine and kissed him pulling away quickly. 

" Hey that was barely even a kiss from my wife". Before he could try again my cousin Mal grabbed my hand and dragged me to the maple tree in front of my yard. She was crying all over the place and looked so distraught.

 " What's wrong Mal?" 

" I..I..I"

 "Come on you can tell me"

 " Your mom and dad said you're moving next week and... it's to a place far away" crying even more now she hugged me.

 Just as she released Matt came around the corner with an angry face.

 " Don't even take MY wife from me again!" he yelled while grabbing my free hand. I pulled away 

"Stop your hurting me" I began to cry. 

" I'm sorry Rory ear" he said as he tried to hug me. Before he could even get a good grip I ran to my house. I ran into the soothing yellow room i call my own with care bears all over the wall and cried myself to sleep.

*Flashback end*

Ever since that day my life was turned around. I did move as my cousin told me I would. I visited all the time and tried to avoid Matt even though he was always there. As the years went by I began going less and less until i stopped. Now I'm making my way back to Briar Glen, Idaho.
